영문 초록

This study examines the determinant factors of ecotourist satisfaction and the relationship among variables. Especially, the determinants which influence on ecotourist satisfaction were divided into expectation and performance. A total of 216 useable questionnaires were collected from visitors to Woopo Wetland. The primary method of statistical analysis to test the hypotheses was multiple regression and simple regression using SPSS 10.0. The results of study are as follows. Eco-experience, Eco-interpretation, physical attribute and usability which make up performance influenced disconfirmation and satisfaction. But accessability and usability on the expectation side not influenced disconfirmation and satisfaction. Also, disconfirmation was significantly related with satisfaction.
