영유아 발달선별검사에 대한 교사 인식과 요구를 통한활용방안 연구

국문 초록

연구목적: 본 연구는 영유아 발달선별검사 시행 전후 보육교사의 인식과 요구도를 알아보고 활용방안을 모색함으로써 체계적인 영유아 발달 지원체계 구축을 위한 기초자료로 활용하고자 한다. 연구방법: 경기도 여주시 소재 보육교사를 대상으로 K-CDR-R(영유아 발달선별검사) 교육을실시하고, 영유아를 대상으로 발달선별검사를 실시하였다. 검사 실시 후 교사들은발달선별검사에 대한 설문에 응답하였고, 결과는 SPSS 24.0을 활용하여 빈도분석을실시하였다. 연구결과: 첫째, 교사들은 영유아 발달선별검사의 필요성을 인식하였으나, 발달지연 및 문제행동을 보이는 영유아로 인한 어려움을 느꼈고, 접근이 용이한 발달검사를 요구하였다. K-CDR-R 검사 실시 후 일반 영유아 발달에 대한 이해도도 높아졌다. 둘째, 교사들은 검사 결과를 토대로 가정 및 지역사회와 연계가 이루어졌다. 또한 체계적인영유아 발달 지원체계와 부모와 교사를 위한 발달선별검사 교육을 요구하였다. 연구결론: 교사들은 영유아 발달선별검사의 필요성에 대해 긍정적으로 인식하고 있으므로, 교사들이 접근하기 쉬운 발달선별검사가 필요하다. 영유아 발달선별검사 결과를 토대로영유아의 발달지연 및 문제행동에 대해 가정과 원활한 연계를 위해 부모상담 및 부모교육이 필요하다. 마지막으로 영유아들의 건강한 성장과 발달을 지원할 수 있도록 교사들의 요구를 반영하여 가정-기관-지역사회의 협력체계구축을 제언하는 바이다.

영문 초록

Purpose: This study seeks to find out the awareness and needs of childcare teachers beforeand after the implementation of the early childhood development screening testand to utilize them as basic data for establishing a systematic support system forearly childhood development. Methods: K-CDR-R (Young Children Development Screening Test) education was conductedfor childcare teachers located in Yeoju-si, Gyeonggi-do, and developmentalscreening test was conducted for young children. After the test, the teachersresponded to the questionnaire about the developmental screening test, and theresults were analyzed by frequency analysis using SPSS 24.0. Results: First, teachers recognized the need for a developmental screening test for youngchildren, but felt difficulties due to young children showing developmental delaysand problematic behaviors, and requested an easily accessible developmental test. After the K-CDR-R test, the understanding of general infant development has alsoimproved. Second, based on the test results of the test, the teachers wereconnected with their families and communities. In addition, a systematic youngchildren’s development support system and development screening test educationfor parents and teachers were requested. Conclusion: Since teachers are positively aware of the need for development screening testsfor young children, development screening tests that are easy for teachers to accessare needed. Based on the results of the young children development screeningtest, parent counseling and education are needed for smooth connection with thedevelopmental delay and problem behavior of young children. Lastly, this study suggests the systematic establishment of cooperation between home, institution,and community by reflecting teachers' needs to support healthy growth anddevelopment of young children.
