유아교사의 놀이성과 공감능력이 놀이교수효능감에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

연구목적: 본 연구는 유아교사의 놀이성과 공감능력이 놀이교수효능감에 미치는 영향을 분석하여 놀이교수효능증진의 기초자료를 제공하는데 목적이 있다. 연구방법: 연구대상은 경북 P시와 G시에 재직중인 유아교사 277명이다. 유아교사의 놀이성과공감능력, 놀이교수효능감을 알아보기 위해 2022년 1월21일~2월25일까지 총 300부 설문지를 배부하고 그 중 불성실한 23부를 제외하고 277부의 설문지를 SPSS27.0 프로그램을 사용하여 빈도와 백분율 다중회귀분석을 실시하여 분석하였다. 연구결과: 첫째, 유아교사의 놀이성, 공감능력, 놀이교수효능감간의 관계는 전체적으로 유의미한 정적상관관계를 보여 밀접한 관련성이 있음을 알 수 있다. 유아교사의 놀이성은놀이성의 하위요인 중 즉흥성을 제외하고 모두 놀이교수효능감에 정적상관 관계가있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 유아교사의 놀이성과 공감능력이 놀이교수효능감에 미치는 영향은 유아교사의 놀이성과 공감능력 하위요인 모두 긍정적인 영향을 미치는것으로 분석되었다. 이러한 결과는 유아교사들의 놀이성, 공감능력이 높을수록 놀이교수효능감이 높아지고 이로 인해 유아의 놀이성도 높아짐을 해석 할 수 있다. 연구결론: 유아교사의 놀이성과 공감능력이 놀이교수효능감과 밀접한 관련이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 유아교사의 놀이교수효능감 증진을 위해 유아교사의 놀이성과 공감능력 관련 연수나 교육이 필요함을 시시하고 있다.

영문 초록

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to provide basic data for enhancing playteaching efficacy by analyzing the effect of early childhood teachers'playfulness and empathy on their play teaching efficacy. Methods: The subjects of the study were 277 early childhood teachers working inP-city and G-city, Gyeongbuk. A total of 300 questionnaires were distributedfrom January 21 to February 25, 2022 to find out the playfulness, empathy,and play teaching efficacy of early childhood teachers. It was analyzed byperforming frequency and percentage multiple regression analysis using . Results: First, the relationship between playability, empathy ability, and play teachingefficacy of early childhood teachers showed a significant positive correlationoverall, indicating a close relationship. The playability of early childhood teacherswas found to have a positive correlation with play teaching efficacy except forimprovisation among the sub-factors of playability. Second, the effects of earlychildhood teachers’ play performance and empathy ability on play teachingefficacy were analyzed to have positive effects on all sub-factors of earlychildhood teachers' play performance and empathy ability. These results can beinterpreted that the higher the playability and empathy ability of early childhoodteachers, the higher the effectiveness of play teaching, which in turn increasesthe playability of children.This study attempted to investigate the effect of earlychildhood teachers’ playability and empathy on play-teaching efficacy. For thepurpose of the study, the research questions are presented below Conclusion: The playability and empathy ability of early childhood teachers were found tobe closely related to play teaching efficacy. Therefore, it is suggested thattraining or education related to the playability and empathy of early childhoodteachers is necessary to enhance the effectiveness of play teaching.
