국문 초록

연구목적: 본 연구의 목적은 영유아교사의 전문성과 행복감이 영유아권리존중 실행에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 알아보는 것이다. 연구방법: 이러한 연구 목적을 위해 경상북도 G시와 P시 소재 영유아교사 287명을 대상으로 전문성과 행복감, 영유아권리존중 실행에 관한 설문조사를 2018년 8월14일 ∼ 9월4일까지 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 25 통계프로그램을 사용하여 교사의 전문성및 행복감이 영유아권리존중 실행에 미치는 영향을 파악하기 위해 중다회귀분석(Multiple Regression Analysis)을 실시하였다. 연구결과: 첫째, 영유아교사의 전문성은 영유아권리존중 실행에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는것으로 나타났다. 영유아교사의 전문성의 하위요인 지식기술발달은 하루일과 존중, 자기이해는 아동 최선의 이익에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 영유아교사의 행복감은 영유아권리존중 실행에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다, 행복감의하위요인들은 보육실행에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 결론 및 시사점: 영유아교사의 전문성과 행복감은 영유아권리존중 실행에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 따라서 유아교육기관에서 영유아교사가 영유아권리존중 실행을 위해서는 영유아교사의 전문성과 행복감이 우선되어야 함을 교육적으로 시사하고 있다.

영문 초록

Purpose: To investigate how professionalism and sense of well-being of early childhoodteachers affect the practice of respecting the rights of young children. Methods: For the purpose of this study, a survey on professionalism, happiness, and respectfor the rights of infants and young children was conducted from August 14 to September 4,2018 targeting 287 early childhood teachers located in G and P cities in Gyeongsangbuk-do. The collected data was subjected to multiple regression analysis using the SPSS 25 statisticalprogram to understand the effect of teachers’ professionalism and happiness on the practiceof respecting the rights of young children. Results: First, it was found that the professionalism of early childhood teachers had a positiveeffect on the practice of respecting the rights of young children. It was found that knowledgeskill development, which is a sub-factor of the professionalism of early childhood teachers,had a positive effect on the best interests of children, such as respect for daily routine andself-understanding. Second, the happiness of early childhood teachers was found to have apositive effect on the practice of respecting the rights of young children. Sub-factors of happinessdid not appear to have a statistically significant effect on childcare execution. Conclusion: The professionalism and happiness of early childhood teachers had a positive effecton the practice of respecting the rights of young children. Therefore, it educationally suggeststhat the professionalism and sense of happiness of early childhood teachers should be prioritizedin order for early childhood teachers to respect the rights of infants and toddlers in earlychildhood education institutions.
