문해교육 교원연수 교육과정 개선 방안 연구

국문 초록

연구목적: 문해교육 교사의 전문적 자율성 개발을 위하여 문해교육 교사연수 교육과정의 개선방안을 모색하는 것이다. 연구방법: 문해교육 교원연수의 현황, 체계와 관련한 문헌 분석과 문해교원의 연수에 대한 인식과 요구를 분석하기 위해 설문 조사와 FGI 조사를 실시하였다. 연구결과: 사회적 변화의 요구에 따라 문해교육 교사연수 교육과정을 내용 중심에서 역량 중심으로전환하였으며, 문해교육 교사의 인식과 요구에 따라 지역연수기관의 자율시수 확대, 초등·중학단계의 교육과정 차별화, 원격수업 시수 확대를 연수교육과정에 반영하였다. 논의 및 결론: 개선된 문해교육 교사연수 교육과정을 지원할 수 있는 온라인 지원체제와 지역 연수기관의 협력이 요구된다.

영문 초록

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to seek ways to improve the literacy teacher training curriculum in order to improve the professional autonomy of literacy teachers. Method: Literature analysis were conducted on the status and system of literacy education teacher training and survey and FGI were conducted to analyze the awareness and demand of literacy teachers' training. Results: In accordance with the demands of social change, the literacy education teacher training curriculum was shifted from content-oriented to competency-oriented. In accordance with the awareness and demand of literacy education teachers, local training institutions expanded their autonomous hours, differentiated the elementary and middle school curriculum, and remotely The expansion of class hours was reflected in the training curriculum. Conclusion: An online support system and cooperation with local training institutions can support the improved literacy education teacher training curriculum.
