국문 초록

연구목적: 본 연구는 학교장이 마을교육공동체에 기반한 진로교육 운영 경험을 이해하여 시사점을 찾고자 한다. 연구방법: 이를 위해 A중학교 학교장이 지역사회와 연계하여 마을교육공동체를 구축하고 진로교육을 운영하는 경험을 내러티브 탐구 방법으로 이해하고자 한다. 연구결과: 학교장은 학생 성장과 발달을 위해 지역이 갖는 의미가 중요하다고 보았고, 학생이 살아가는 공간에서 다양한 관계를 회복하도록 지원하고자 했다. 마을교육네트워크를 구축하여 교육현안을공유하고 학생이 마을에서 주도적으로 참여하는 경험을 제공하였다. 논의 및 결론: 첫째, 학교장이 지역사회의 연계를 추진하는 역할을 제도적으로 고려할 필요가 있다. 둘째, 마을에 터한학생의 삶을 고려하는 지역 교육과정을 논의할 필요가 있다. 셋째, 학교와 지역사회의 연계는구체적인 교육문제에 기반하여 논의하는 것에서 출발해야 한다. 넷째, 학교와 지역사회가 자원을 공유 및 협력하는 교육공동체를 형성할 수 있다.

영문 초록

Purpose: This study aims to find implications by understanding the experience of school principals in the management of career education based on village education communities. Method: To this end, the principal of middle school A intends to understand the experience of establishing a village education community and operating career education in connection with the local community through a narrative inquiry method. Results: The school principal thought that the meaning of the region was important for the growth and development of students, and tried to support the recovery of various relationships in the space where students live. A village education network was established to share educational issues and provide students with an experience of participating actively in the village. Conclusion: First, it is necessary to institutionally consider the role of school principals in promoting community connection. Second, it is necessary to discuss the local curriculum that considers the lives of students from villages. Third, the connection between schools and local communities should start from discussions based on specific educational issues. Fourth, schools and local communities can form an educational community in which resources are shared and cooperated.
