국문 초록

본 연구는 한국에서 국가적 범주로 개발된 행복지표 분석을 통해 국가가 지향하는 행복주의의 변화를 파악하고자 한다. 그리고 이명박-박근혜-문재인 대통령 재임시기에 개발된국가적 범주의 행복지표의 변화를 통해 도출한 주요 시사점은 2가지로 요약할 수 있다. 첫 번째. 국가가 지향하는 행복의 관점은 개인의 쾌락을 전제로 하는 헤도니아적행복론에서 사회와의 관계를 중시하는 유데모니아적 행복론으로 변화했다. 그리고 이는 개인의 전유물로 여겨졌던 행복성취의 방향이 사회와 공동체와의 관계성에 관한 중요성을 전제로 함을 의미한다. 특히 영역구성의 기준이 ‘물질적 부’에서 ‘사회적 부’로전환됨은 규범, 신뢰, 수평적 네트워크로 구성된 공공재 적인 사회속성을 통해 질적인민주주의 조건을 제도화하기 위함으로 볼 수 있다. 두 번째. 행복지표의 정책적 의미는 공동체 회복에 관한 국가의 역할로써 제도적기능을 수행한다. 최근의 지표는 행복을 지표의 직접적인 개념에 활용함으로써 행복의다차원적인 개념에 관한 인식의 확장을 이루었고, 이는 이전의 시대보다 행복에 관한관심이 증대했음을 시사한다. 그리고 지표는 사회구조적 문제로부터 발생하는 불행 속에 국가는 공동체의 유지 및 회복을 위한 보호의 대안이며 이는 공동체 회복에 관한국가의 제도적 관리로 이해할 수 있다.

영문 초록

In this study aims to understand the changes in happinessism that the country aims for through the analysis of happiness indicators developed into national categories in Korea. In addition, the main implications derived through changes in happiness indicators in the national category developed during the presidency of Lee Myung-Bak, Moon Jae-In, and Park Geun-Hye can be summarized in two ways. First. Recent indicators have extended the perception of the multi-dimensional concept of happiness by using happiness in the direct concept of the indicator, suggesting that interest in happiness has increased more than in previous times. And the indicator is that in the midst of misfortunes arising from social structural problems, the state is an alternative to protection for the maintenance and recovery of the community, which can be understood as the state's institutional management of community recovery.
