국문 초록

목적：본 연구의 목적은 2015 개정 교육과정의 국어 교과 역량을 둘러싼 일련의 문제점들을 종합적으로 분석하고, 이를 해소하기 위한 방안을 모색하는 데 있다. 방법：이를 위해 2015 개정 교육과정의 핵심역량 및 국어 교과 역량에 대한 성찰적 논의나 논평을 포함하고 있는 선행 담론을 광범위하게 수집하고, 내용 분석을 수행하였다. 결과：그 결과, 국어 교과 역량의 문제점 및 쟁점은 일곱 가지로 수렴되었으며, 해외 교육과정 및 OECD의 Education 2030 등의 사례로부터 문제 해결을 위한 실마리를 찾아 국어 교과 역량의 타당성과 정합성을 제고하기 위한 선결 과제와 그 해결 방안을 구체화하였다. 결론：본 연구를 통해 국어 교과 역량의 문제점 및 쟁점을 일목요연하게 파악하고 향후 국어 교과 역량 개선을 위한 후속 과제를 공유하는 계기가 마련되기를 바란다. 아울러 국어 교과 역량에 대한 논의가 이전의 과오를 반복하지 않고 진일보하는 데 기여할 수 있기를 바란다.

영문 초록

Purpose：The purpose of this study is to comprehensively analyze a series of problems on Korean language curriculum competencies in the 2015 revised curriculum and to explore ways to resolve them. Methods：In order to accomplish this research purpose, previous studies including commentaries on core competencies and Korean language curriculum competencies of the 2015 revised curriculum were collected and the content analysis was conducted on statements of competencies. Results：As a result, seven problems on the Korean language curriculum competencies were extracted through contents analysis of previous studies. In addition, this study has found clues to resolve the problems based on the foreign curriculums and the OECD Education 2030, and has embodied a plan for validating Korean language curriculum competencies. Conclusion：It is hoped that this study will provide an opportunity to grasp problems of Korean language curriculum competencies in a nutshell and to share follow-up tasks for improving them in the future. It is also hoped that discussions on Korean language curriculum competencies will take a step forward without repeating previous mistakes.
