국문 초록

목적：이 연구는 국가가 주도하여 개발한 한국어 입문 교육 자료 전체를 대상으로 현황을 소개하고 분석한다. 방법：한국어 입문 교육 자료는 교육 환경에 따라 내용과 구성이 달라지므로, 크게 국내와 국외용으로 구분하여 자료를 살펴본다. 이 연구에서 중점을 두고 분석한 항목은 1) 분권, 통합 여부, 2) 자료의 내용 범위, 3) 지침서, 발음 자료 등 구성물의 범위, 4) 배포 방식(출판, pdf 파일 배포, e-book 제작 등), 5) 번역 여부이다. 결과：국내외 입문 자료의 최근 2개년 개발 동향은 국내용은 통합형을, 국외용은 분권형을 선호하는 경향을 보인다. 입문 내용에는 자모 학습과 기초 어휘가 기본적으로 포함되고, 더 넓은 범위로는 한글 소개(제자 원리 등)나 표현 등을 다루기도 한다. 입문 자료의 보조 자료 구성이나 번역은 국외 자료에서 더 적극적으로 이루어졌다. 대부분의 자료는 점차 온라인을 통해 무료로 파일을 배포하고자 하는 경향을 보인다. 결론：본론에서 다룬 내용을 바탕으로 1) 국내외 범용 입문 자료의 개발, 2) 교육 자료별 교원용 지침서 개발, 3) 입문 자료의 내용 범위에 대한 구체적인 논의, 4) 기 개발 자료의 활용을 안내하는 정책의 필요성을 제시한다.

영문 초록

Purpose：The purpose of this study was to examine the present situation of Korean introductory materials developed by Korean government and analyze the materials. Methods：Since the Korean materials vary depending on the educational environment, this paper analyzed the materials dividing between domestic and overseas learners. The following items were dealt with great emphasis in this study. 1) decentralization, integration, 2) content, 3) components such as guidebook, pronunciation data, etc. 4) dissemination (publication, pdf file, e-book, etc.), and 5) translation. Results：The decentralized forms were preferred for overseas learners and the integrated forms were preferred for domestic learners in last two years. The content of materials included basic vocabulary and Korean alphabet, and they also deal with Hangeul (the principles of making graphemes, etc.) and useful expression. The composition of supplementary materials or translation was more actively done in materials for overseas learners. Most of the materials gradually tended to be disseminated online for free. Conclusion：This study concludes with the proposal of several policies as below. 1) The development of introductory materials that would be universal for domestic and overseas learners. 2) The development of guidebook for teachers. 3) Specific discussions on the contents of introductory materials. 4) The necessity of policies that guide the utilization of previously developed materials.
