국문 초록

본 연구는 사회봉사에 참여한 대학생들의 봉사활동 참여 동기가 사회적 자본에 미치는 영향에서봉사활동 만족도의 매개효과를 분석하는데 목적이 있다. 본 연구대상은 봉사활동에 참여한 대학생들 444명으로 하였으며, 자료분석은 SPSS 21.0 프로그램을 사용하여 빈도분석, 상관분석, 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 분석한 결과 첫째, 대학생의 봉사활동 참여 동기, 봉사활동 만족도와 사회적 자본은유의한 정적 상관이 나타났다. 둘째, 대학생의 봉사활동 만족도가 봉사활동 참여 동기와 사회적 자본 간의 관계에서 부분매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 대학의 사회봉사 교육에서 봉사활동을 통해 사회적 자본을 향상시키기 위한 방안과 사회봉사의 활성화를 위한 방향을 설정하는데있어서 기초적인 자료를 제공한다는 것에 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of volunteer activity participation motivation on social capital, focusing on the mediating effect of volunteer activity satisfaction amonguniversity students who participated in volunteer activities. The subjects of this study were 444university students who participated in volunteer activities. For data analysis, frequency analysis,correlation analysis, and regression analysis were performed using the SPSS 21.0 program. As a result of the analysis, first, there was a significant positive correlation between universitystudents' motivation to participate in volunteer activity, satisfaction with volunteer activity, andsocial capital. Second, it was found that university students' volunteer activity satisfaction had a partial mediating effect on the relationship between volunteer activity participation motivationand social capital. This study is meaningful in that it provides basic data in setting a way toimprove social capital through volunteer activities in university social volunteer education and toset a direction for revitalization of social volunteer.
