4차 산업혁명 관련 국내 장애인 연구 동향 및 활성화 방안 고찰

국문 초록

본 연구는 4차 산업혁명 시대의 국내 장애인 관련 연구 동향 분석을 통해 연구 동향과 향후 연구 활성화 방안 모색을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 2016년 이후 ‘4차 산업혁명’과 ‘장애인’이라는 주제어 검색을 통해 최종 33편의 학술연구·논문을 선정, 선행연구를 통해 선정한 변인 기준 연구 현황과 동향, 키워드 추출 및 분석, 맥락적 흐름 등을 파악하였다. 연구결과, 4차 산업혁명 시대의 사회 및 산업 구조의 변화로 장애인 고용 및 노동환경, 지속적 사회활동과 경제 활동에 초점을 둔 연구뿐 아니라 장애인을 염두에 둔 첨단기술 제품과 플랫폼 개발, 디자인 등 다양한 영역에서의 연구들이 확인되었다. 반면, 연구의 기초가 되는 4차 산업혁명 기반 장애인의 욕구 실태와 관련 공공데이터 구축, 중장기적 장애인복지 정책연구는 미흡한 것으로 나타났다. 이에 본 연구는 4차 산업혁명 시대의 장애인 관련 연구 활성화를 위해 다학제 관점을 기반으로 장애인 욕구 관련 실태나 관련 공공데이터를 비롯한 4차 산업혁명이 장애인 고용에 미치는 영향요인, 고용 확대와 일자리의 질적 변화 및 양질의 일자리 창출, 첨단기술 접목과 활용 및 저변 확대, 4차 산업혁명 기반 장애인 구직자의 역량개발과 교육프로그램 개발, 사회적 인식 제고 등을 위한 정책 및 임상의 주제들이 더욱 활발히 논의될 것을 제언하였다.

영문 초록

This study aims to find research trends and ways to revitalize future research through analysis of research trends related to the disabled in Korea in the era of the 4th Industrial Revolution. To this end, the final 33 academic studies and papers were selected through search for the main words “4th Industrial Revolution” and “disabled” since 2016, and the current status and trends of research by variable, keyword extraction and analysis, and contextual flow were analyzed. As a result of the 4th Industrial Revolution, studies focused on employment and labor environment for the disabled, continuous social activities, and economic activities, as well as studies in various fields such as high-tech products and platforms development and design for the disabled. On the other hand, it was found that the current status of the needs of the disabled based on the 4th Industrial Revolution, related public data construction, and mid- to long-term research on welfare policies for the disabled were insufficient. In order to promote research on the disabled in the 4th Industrial Revolution, this study suggested that policies and clinical themes for the 4th Industrial Revolution, including disability needs and related public data, employment, quality change, high-tech application and base, capacity development, education program development, and social awareness will be more actively discussed.
