국문 초록

연속지적도는 지적측량을 통해 얻어진 낱장 지적도를 연속한 도면이 아니므로 지적측량 및 다양한 공간정보와의 융･복합하여 활용하는 데 한계가 있다. 현재의 연속지적도는 실시간 갱신 및 품질 확보에 한계가 있어 진정한 공간정보산업 융･복합 기본도로서 그 역할을 수행하지 못하고 있다. 따라서 공공 및 민간부분에 연속지적도가 기초자료로 제공함으로써 다양한 주제도 제작을 통하여 공간정보산업 활성화에 기여하기 위해서는 무엇보다 연속지적도 관리체계 개편 등을 통한 품질 개선과 활용 확대 방안이 강구되어야 한다. 이를 위해서 연속지적도 DB구축 및 관리시스템 현황과 연속지적도 자료정비의 문제점을 분석하고 연속지적도의 관리체계 개선 및 품질향상 방안과 활용 확대 방안을 제시하였으며 이를 통하여 국가･국민과 산업계 관점에서 큰 기대효과를 얻을 수 있으며, 공간정보산업 활성화에 기여할 수 있는 국토정보기본도로서의 그 역할을 수행할 수 있는 기반을 마련하고자 하였다.

영문 초록

Since continuous cadastral map obtained through cadastral survey is not a continuous drawing, there is a limit to using it by converging and combining cadastral survey and various spatial information. The current continuous cadastral map has limitations in securing real-time updates and quality, so it is not playing its role as a basic map for the convergence of real spatial information industry. Therefore, continuous cadastral maps are provided as basic data to the public and private sectors, thereby contributing to the revitalization of the spatial information industry through the production of various topics. To achieve this goal, the current status of the continuous cadastral DB construction and management system and the problems of continuous cadastral data maintenance were analyzed, and measures to improve the management system, improve the quality, and expand the use of continuous cadastral data were presented. Through this result, a great expected effect can be obtained from the perspective of the country, the people, and the industry. In addition, it was intended to lay the foundation for playing its role as a basic map of national land information that can contribute to the revitalization of the spatial information industry.
