대학생 핵심역량 체계 개발 연구

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 B광역시 소재 보건·의료 전문대학인 D대학을 중심으로, 대학의 이념과 비전, 인재상을 바탕으로 한 핵심역량의 기준 및 준거와 인력 육성 체계를 도출하여 대학생의 핵심역량 체계를 개발하는데 있다. 본 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 다음과 같은 연구절차가 수행되었다. 첫째, 국내·외 선행연구 고찰, 인재 양성 방향 분석, 산업체 요구도 분석을 통해 핵심역량을 도출하였다. 둘째, 1차 내용타당도 검증, 핵심역량 범주화, 2차 내용타당도 검증을 통해 핵심역량을 검토하고 보완하였다. 셋째, 핵심역량 사전 도출, 3차 내용타당도 검증을 통해 핵심역량 사전 개발 빛 핵심역량 체계를 확정하였다. 연구결과 최종 대학생 핵심역량 체계는 5개 핵심역량, 14개 하위 핵심역량, 43개 구성요인으로 개발되었다. 이러한 결파는 보건·의료 전문대학인 D대학의 대학생 핵심역량 체계를 구체적으로 모델링하였다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to develop the core competency system of college students by deriving the standards and criteria for core competency based on the college's philosophy, vision, and talents, and the human resource development system, centering on D College, a health and medical college located in B metropolitan city. For this purpose, the following research procedures were carried out. First, core competencies were derived by considering domestic and foreign prior research, analyzing the direction of talent cultivation, and analyzing the needs of industries. Second, core competencies were reviewed and supplemented with first content validity verification, core competency categorization, and second content validity verification. Third, the core competency dictionary development and core competency system was confirmed through core competency dictionary derivation and third content validity verification. As a result of the study, the final college student core competency system was developed with 5 core competencies, 14 sub-core competencies, and 43 components. These results are significant in that they specifically modeled the college student core competency system of University D, a health and medical college.
