국문 초록

본 연구는 타임뱅크 방식을 적용하여 만든 서울시자원봉사센터의 지역밀착형 자원봉사 안녕네트워크사업에 참여한 자원봉사 관리자의 참여경험을 분석함으로써 자원봉사 활동과 관리에 관한 인식을 파악하는데 목적이 있다. 연구방법은 서울시자원봉사센터에서 타임뱅크 운영방식을 적용한 ‘안녕네트워크사업’에 참여한 자원봉사 관리자 6명의 심층인터뷰를 통한 질적 내용분석을 사용하였다. 자원봉사 관리자의 참여경험은 4가지 범주로 자원봉사 환경변화에 적응, 쌍방향의 교류과정이 있는 자원봉사, 현장 욕구에 부응하는 연계 전략, 실질적 교류 성과 확인이라고 나타났다. 자원봉사 관리자는 타임뱅크 방식의 참여경험은 새로운 자원봉사 유형을 이루는 도전이고 세밀한 과정을 인식하는 과정으로 여기고 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to understand the perception of volunteer activities and management by analyzing the participation experiences of volunteer managers who participated in the Seoul Volunteer Center's community-based volunteer well-being network project created by applying the time bank method. As a research method, qualitative content analysis was used through in-depth interviews with six volunteer managers who participated in the ‘Hello Network Project’ to which the time bank operation method was applied at the Seoul Volunteer Center. Participation experiences of volunteer managers fall into four categories: adaptation to changes in the volunteering environment, volunteering with an interactive exchange process, linkage strategy to meet the needs of the field, and confirmation of practical exchange results. Volunteer managers consider the participation experience of the time bank method as a challenge to form a new type of volunteer work and a process of recognizing the detailed process.
