국문 초록

본 연구에서는 장기화로 변화된 COVID-19 온라인 의사소통이 대학생의 대인관계능력에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고자 한다. 이에 본 연구에서는 대학생의 애착 성향과 성공 경험이 대인관계능력을 증진시킬 때, 온라인 자기개방의 매개효과를 검증하였다. 연구에는 경기지역의 대학생 425명(남자 131명, 여자 294명)이 참여하였고, 2022년 4월부터 5월까지 온라인 설문을 실시하였다. 연구모형 검증을 위해 AMOS 23.0을 활용하여 최대우도 추정법을 통한 구조방정식을 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 대학생의 애착불안은 온라인 의사소통에서 대인관계능력을 저해하였지만, 애착회피는 오히려 대인관계능력을 증진시켰다. 둘째, 온라인 의사소통에서 대학생의 성공 경험은 대인관계능력을 높였다. 셋째, 대학생의 애착불안이 대인관계능력에 영향을 미칠 때, 온라인 자기개방의 관심 폭과 관계 깊이는 매개효과를 보였지만, 애착회피가 대인관계능력에 영향을 미칠 때, 온라인 자기개방의 매개효과는 나타나지 않았다. 넷째, 성공 경험이 대인관계능력을 촉진시킬 때, 온라인 자기개방 관심 폭과 관계 깊이는 매개효과를 보였다. 따라서 본 연구는 온라인 대인관계에 대한 긍정적인 전망을 제시해준다.

영문 초록

This research was to investigate the effect of change of online-communication experienced by university students on relationships in the COVID-19 situation. The aim of this research is to examine the mediation effect of on-line self-disclosure when attachment styles and success experiences influence interpersonal relationships among university students. 425 university students (131 male, 294 female) participated in an online survey in the spring of 2022. Structural equation modeling (SEM) using AMOS 23.0 showed the following results. Anxiety attachment negatively affected interpersonal relationships, yet avoidant attachment positively affected online-communication. The success experience in online-communication increased interpersonal skills. When anxious attachment influence interpersonal ability, the perceived breath and depth of online communication shown to be mediating effects. But avoidant attachment didn’t show to be mediating effects of the perceived breath and depth of online self-disclosure. When successful experiences promoted interpersonal skills, the perceived breath and depth of online communication shown to be the partial mediation effects. This research says an optimistic outlook for online-communication and relationships.
