중도중복장애학생의 학교 생활지원을 위한 학교 차원의 맞춤형 순회건강관리지원 실행 경험과 교사 및 학부모의 만족도

국문 초록

연구목적: 본 연구는 의료팀이 학교를 정기적으로 순회 방문하여 중도중복장애학생건강관리를 지원하는 학교 차원의 맞춤형 순회건강관리지원 운영이 이루어지는 학교에서 교사의 실행 경험과 교사 및 학부모의 만족도 탐색을 목적으로 한다. 연구방법: 본 연구의 교사 실행 경험은 질적 연구 기법을 사용하였으며 학교 차원의 맞춤형 순회건강지원사업 대상자로 선정된 학생을 지도하는 교사중 6명을 연구 참여자로 하여 집단 면담을 실시하였다. 면담 후 전사된 자료는 지속적 비교 분석법에 따라 분석하였다. 두 번째, 교사 및 학부모의 만족도는 교사 19명과 학부모 43명을 대상으로 5점 척도의 설문조사를 실시하였으며 자료 분석은 기술 통계분석을 통해 빈도수(%)를 사용하였다. 연구결과: 분석 결과, 1. 교사의 실행 경험은 5개의 하위범주가 도출되었으며, 하위범주는 (1) 순회건강관리지원의 대상은 누구로 할것인가? 어떻게 선정할 것인가? (2) 건강관리지원 협의체 구성 운영 (3) 전문가의 의료적 컨설팅 (4) 상시적 학생 건강관리 지원 (5) 교사 역량 강화와 같다. 2. 교사와 학부모의 만족도 연구 결과는 (1) 지원의 필요성과 전반적 만족도 (2) 순회건강관리지원 활동 내용 영역별 만족도 (3) 학생 이해도움여부 (4) 학교와 가정과의 연계성에 있어서 교사는 평균적으로 77.7%, 학부모는 92.5%가 대체로 만족하였다로 응답하였다. 결론: 연구결과에서 도출된 내용을 바탕으로 중도중복장애학생의 학교생활지원을 위한 학교 차원의 맞춤형 순회건강관리지원관련 시사점을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate teachers’ experiences and the satisfaction of the teachers and parents in schools where the medical team visits the school regularly to support the health management of students with severe and multiple disabilities. Method: The teachers’ experiences were analyzed using a qualitative research design. Focus group interviews were conducted with six teachers who were teaching students selected for the school-wide customized itinerant health support project. The transcribed data after the interviews were analyzed using the continuous comparative analysis method. For teacher and parent satisfaction, a five point survey was conducted with 19 teachers and 43 parents. For data analysis, descriptive statistics (i.e., frequency and percentage) were utilized. Results : As a result of the teacher experience analysis, five categories were derived : (a) Who will be the target of itinerant health care support? (b) Operation of the health management support council, ⒞ Expert medical consulting (d) Regular student health care support, and (e) Empowering teachers. The results of the teacher and parent satisfaction study showed : that (a) needs for support and overall satisfaction (b) health management support activities contents satisfaction by area ⒞ whether the student understands (d) connection between school and home, 77.7% of teachers and 92.5% of parents answered that they were generally satisfied. Conclusion: Based on the results, we discussed implications of and improvement plans for the school-wide customized itinerant health care support for school life support for students with severe and multiple disabilities.
