힘에의 의지의 관계론, 그 실천철학적 함축

국문 초록

이 논문은 니체의 ‘존재론적 정치철학’이 갖고 있는 실천적 문제해결능력을‘힘에의 의지의 존재적 관계성’으로부터 추출해내고, 그것이 갖는 실천철학적 함의와 한계를 밝혀보고자 한다. 니체 철학이 힘에의 의지의 철학이고 그 철학이관계론 모델을 제공한다는 것은 일반적 동의를 얻고 있다. 하지만 그것이 갖고있는 실천철학적 함의를 관계론 모델의 주요 내용에서 구축해내는 시도는 여전히 부족하며, 이 논문은 바로 그 시도의 한 경우를 보이고자 한다. 니체의 존재론적 정치철학은 현실정치론을 의도한 것은 아니지만, 그럼에도불구하고 실천철학의 핵심주제들에 대한 의미있는 답변일 수 있다. 그것이 동시적-쌍(다)방향적-조정 모델을 제공하면서, 첫째, 공동성과 상호성의 자연주의,나와 타인 및 개인과 공동체의 우선순위 없는 공속관계, 탈상대주의적 다원성,개인과 공동체의 통합가능성 및 동등한 참여라는 측면을 논리적으로 보증하기때문이다. 둘째, 관계세계의 제 요소들 자체에 대한 인정과 그 인정에 대한 의지적 추구를 실천윤리의 핵심으로 요청하기 때문이다. 하지만 그것은 관념적 유토피아 상태로 귀착될 수 있으며, 이 문제는 ‘인정하려는 의지’의 ‘현실화’에 의해서만 해소될 수 있다. 달리 말하면 인정의지를 갖춘 개인의 존재가 전제되어야만그것은 현실적 구속력을 지닌 의미있는 담론이 된다. 니체의 존재론적 정치철학이 교육적 기획으로 수렴되는 것은 그래서 자연스러운 일이다.

영문 초록

This paper derives the problem-solving capability for practical issues of Nietzsche’s ‘ontological political philosophy’ from the ‘ontological relationality of will to power’ and investigates its implications and limitations in practical philosophy. It is generally agreed that Nietzsche’s philosophy is the philosophy of will to power and provides a model of relationalism. However, we need more attempts to deduce its practical implications from the model’s main contents. This paper can be considered as one of such attempts. Although Nietzsche’s political philosophy is not intended for practical politics, it can be a meaningful answer to key themes of practical philosophy. First,it is because naturalism of communality and mutuality, mutual relationship without priority between individuals and community, non-relativistic plurality,integration of individuals and community, and equal participation of individuals are logically ensured. Second, it is because the recognition of individuals as factors in relational world and the will to recognize are required as the core of practical ethics. These are executed by a model of simultaneous-multidirectional coordination which Nietzsche’s ‘ontology of will to power’ provides. However,such a political philosophy may reduce to an ideal utopian state and this problem can be solved only by the existence of ‘will to recognize.’ Therefore it is natural that Nietzsche’s political philosophy converges to an educational project.
