국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 대학생이 지각한 코로나 스트레스와 스마트폰 중독의 관계에서 자기결정성 기본심리욕구의 매개효과를 검증하기 위한 것이다. 이를 위해 강원 지역 대학생 303명을 대상으로 온라인 설문을 통해 자료를 수집하였다. 코로나 스트레스, 자기결정성 기본심리욕구와 스마트폰중독의관계를 확인하기 위해 상관분석과 위계적 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 대학생이 지각한코로나 스트레스, 자기결정성 기본심리욕구와 스마트폰 중독은 유의한 상관을 보였다. 둘째, 코로나스트레스와 스마트폰 중독의 관계에서 자기결정성 기본심리욕구는 부분매개효과를 나타내었다. 연구 결과를 바탕으로 대학생의 코로나 스트레스와 스마트폰 중독의 예방과 상담 및 치료를 위한 함의를 논의하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to verify the mediating effect of the basic psychological needsbased on the self-determination in the relationship between COVID-19 stress and smartphoneaddiction by college students. We collected data from 303 university students in Gangwon-dothrough an online questionnaire, Correlation analysis and regression analysis were conducted todetermine the relationship between the COVID-19 stress, the basic psychological needs based onthe self-determination and smartphone addiction. Results, First, COVID-19 stress of perceived byuniversity students, the basic psychological needs based on the self-determination andsmartphone addiction of the perceived by the university students were statistically significant. Second, the basic psychological needs based on the self-determination was found to mediate therelationship between COVID-19 stress and smartphone addiction. we discussed the implicationsfor coping with the smartphone addiction of the university students.
