푸드예술치료의 연구동향

국문 초록

본 연구는 미술치료, 독서치료, 원예치료 등의 다양한 매체상담 중에서 새롭게 대두되고 있는 푸드예술치료에 관한 2012년부터 2021년 최근 10년간 국내 학술지에 게재된 논문을 분석하였다. 연구대상, 연구 방법, 연구주제 별로 현재 푸드예술치료에 관심을 가지고 있는 연구의 현주소를 진단하여연구의 지평을 제시하고자한다. 선정 기준에 따라 국내 학술지에 게재된 푸드예술치료를 대상으로한 논문 중 54편을 대상으로 학술지 및 연도별 논문 수, 연구 대상 관련 특성, 연구 분석별 분류,연구 방법별 분류 등의 특성을 빈도수와 백분율로 제시하여 분석하였다. 첫째, 게재된 학술지별로살펴보면, 푸드아트테라피 35편(65.1%), 예술심리치료 6편(11.3%), 한국청소년상담학회지 2편(3.8%), 11개 학회지에서 각각 1편씩 게재되었다. 둘째, 연구대상자의 특성으로 살펴보았을 경우에연구 대상자가 없는 연구가 8편이고 대상이 있는 논문이 있는 46편이다. 연구 대상은 아동과 청소년연구가 23편으로 가장 많으며 연구의 대상자가 영아에서 노인까지 전 연령대로 연구범위가 넓다. 셋째, 연구 분석적인 면을 살펴보면 양적 분석이 25편으로 거의 절반을 차지하고 있다. 질적 분석은문헌고찰부터 이론적 분석까지 다양한 방식으로 이루어지고 있다. 넷째, 연구 방법적인 동향을 살펴보면 프로그램 진행을 통한 치료과정 성과 연구가 39편, 고찰 연구가 9편, 프로그램 개발이 6편이다. 푸드예술치료 상담이 한정된 학술지에 편중된 점이 있으나 연구 대상 및 분석적인 면에서 폭넓게연구가 진행되고 있다.

영문 초록

The subject of analysis of this study is a paper related to food counseling among paperspublished in domestic journals for the past 10 years from 2012 to 2021. It is intended to presentthe horizon of the study by diagnosing the current status of the study that is currently interestedin food art therapy by research subject, research method, and research subject. According to theselection criteria, 54 of the papers on food art therapy published in domestic journals wereanalyzed by presenting the characteristics of the number of papers by journal and year, relatedcharacteristics, classification by research analysis, and classification by research method asfrequency and percentage. First, by journal published, 35 food art therapy (65.1%), 6 artpsychotherapy (11.3%), 2 Korean Journal of Youth Counseling (3.8%), and 1 each in 11academic journals. Second, when looking at the characteristics of the study subjects, there are8 studies without the study subjects and 46 papers with the subject. The subjects of the studyare the most common with 23 studies on children and adolescents, and the scope of the studyis wide in all ages, from infants to the elderly. Third, looking at the research analysis aspect,quantitative analysis accounts for almost half of 25 cases. Qualitative analysis is conducted invarious ways, from literature review to theoretical analysis. Fourth, looking at the researchmethodological trends, 39 studies on treatment process performance through programprogression, 9 studies on consideration, and 6 studies on program development. Variousmethods of research related to food art therapy will be conducted by learning the trend of foodart therapy that is gradually spreading.
