국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 코로나19로 인한 분업구조의 취약성, 디지털 전환 가속화 등으로 인해 반도체 수요가 증가하면서 글로벌 주요국은 일제히 반도체 공급망 내재화 전략을 강화하고 있다. 글로벌 반도체 산업의 변화는 한국 반도체 산업에도 큰 파장을 예견할 수 있을 것이다. 이러한 글로벌 환경 변화에 우리나라의 향후 수출경쟁력 제고방안을 모색하기 위한 기초작업으로 세계시장에서 한국 반도체산업의 수출경쟁력과 중국시장에서 반도체산업의 품질비교에 의한 경쟁력을 분석하고 이에 따른 수출경쟁력 제고방안을 마련하기 위함이다. 한국 반도체산업의 수출경쟁력을 분석하기 위해 2011년 이후 2020년까지 관세통관 데이터의 UN comtrade 통계데이터를 근거로 세계시장점유율(IMS), 무역특화지수(TSI), 현시비교우위지수(RCA)를 통해 세계시장에서 반도체산업의 주요 8개 국가들의 경쟁력을 MTI코드 6단위 8개 품목군 분류와 한국 반도체산업의 수출경쟁력을 HS코드 6단위 18개 품목분류 등 다양한 방법으로 분석하여, 미·중 무역전쟁과 러시아-우크라이나 전쟁 이후 급변하는 세계시장에서 한국 반도체산업에게 필요한 경쟁력 제고방안을 마련하는데 기여하고자 하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to increase the demand for semiconductors due to the vulnerability of the division of labor caused by COVID-19 and the acceleration of digital transformation, major global countries are simultaneously strengthening their strategies to internalize the semiconductor supply chain. Changes in the global semiconductor industry can also predict a big impact on the Korean semiconductor industry. As a basic task to find ways to enhance Korea's export competitiveness in the future due to such global environmental changes, it is to analyze the export competitiveness of the Korean semiconductor industry in the global market and prepare a plan to enhance export competitiveness accordingly. In order to analyze the export competitiveness of the Korean semiconductor industry, based on UN comtrade statistical data of customs clearance data from 2011 to 2020, Global market share (IMS), trade specificity index (TSI), and current comparative advantage index (RCA) to improve the competitiveness of eight major countries in the global market by analyzing the MTI 6 unit 8 item group classification and the export competitiveness of the Korean semiconductor industry by HS 6 unit 18 item classification, in various ways, In the rapidly changing world market after the US-China trade war and Russia-Ukraine war, it was intended to contribute to the preparation of measures to enhance the competitiveness of the Korean semiconductor industry.
