국문 초록

본 연구는 문화예술교육프로그램을 통해 연천지역 학습자들에게 자아탐구, 창의력과 상상력, 공동체 의식, 지역문화유산의 이해와 가치의 소중함을 깨닫게 하는 경기도 교육청 꿈의 학교 프로그램 <학생이 만들어가는 꿈의 학교> 운영사례를 질적 연구 방법으로 진행하였다. 본 연구는 연천지역에서 꿈꾸는 우리 동네 디자이너 문화예술교육프로그램의 기획과 실행과정에 나타난 성과를 분석하는 목적으로 시행한 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 지역문화 예술교육이 참여학습자들의 성장 향상을 위해서 지역의 문화유산과 문화예술교육의 융합을 인지할 수 있는 프로그램과 참여학습자들의 흥미와 적성을 찾을 수 있는 체험활동을 통해 참여학습자들의 관심 분야를 최대한 반영할 방안을 마련하여야 한다. 둘째, 참여학습자와 운영 강사들의 적합한 수업을 위해서 세분화하고 다양한 분야의 프로그램을 전문가와 전문예술단체와 협업하며, 참여학습자들이 긍정적인 사고하고 건강한 정신함양을 위한 다양한 문화예술교육프로그램을 제공하여야 한다. 셋째, 참여학습자들이 더 다양한 관점과 생각의 발상 그리고 풍부한 상상력과 창의력 함양을 위해서 직접 아이디어를 제시하고, 참여학습자들이 여러 기관과 단체와 협력을 할 수 있도록 네트워크를 구축함과 동시에 지역문화유산의 관심도를 높이기 위한 체험활동과 지역문화체험을 전개할 기회를 다양화하는 체제를 마련하여야 한다.

영문 초록

The study conducted a qualitative research method on the Gyeonggi Provincial Office of Education's dream school program "Student-Created Dream School" which allows learners in Yeoncheon to realize the importance of self-exploration, creativity and imagination, sense of community and regional cultural heritage. The conclusion of this study is as follows for the purpose of analyzing the results of the planning and implementation process of the "Dreaming Neighborhood Designer Culture and Arts Education Program" in Yeoncheon. First of all, for the purpose of increasing the growth potential of participating learners, regional culture and art education should strive to recognize the convergence of regional cultural heritage with culture and arts education and to develop effective programs such as hands-on activities in order to reflect the most interests of participating learners. Secondly, participating learners and operating instructors should be able to receive appropriate classes through various systems by collaborating with experts and professional art organizations, and various culture and arts education programs should be provided to promote positive thinking and healthy mental development of participating learners. finally, participating learners should present their own ideas to foster more plentiful imagination and creativity, establish a network to cooperate with various institutions and organizations and diversify opportunities to develop experience and local cultural experiences to increase interest in regional cultural heritage.
