요양보호사의 서비스지향성이 서비스만족에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 서비스품질의 매개효과를 중심으로 노인요양서비스 지향성이 서비스만족에 미치는 영향을 분석하고자 하였다. 이를 검증하기 위해 대구 경북 소재 노인서비스 기관 132개에서 근무하는 요양보호사와 이들로부터 서비스를 받고 있는 노인이용자를 대상으로 하였고, 총 320부를 탐색적 요인분석과 회귀분석을 살펴보았고, 매개효과는 PROCESS 매크로를 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 서비스지향성이 서비스 만족의 선행변수임이 검증되었다. 둘째, 서비스품질이 서비스 지향성과 서비스만족에서 매개효과를 나타내었다. 요양보호사의 서비스지향성이 높아질수록 서비스 품질은 높아지고 이는 노인들의 서비스 만족을 더욱 높일 수 있다. 이에 노인요양보호사들이 서비스를 제공하는 데 있어서 본인들이 지향하는 바를 잘 아는 것이 중요하며, 노인복지기관에서는 요양보호사들이 현장에 적용할 수 있는 교육과 보상 등이 필요하다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of elderly care service orientation on service satisfaction, on the mediating effect of service quality. To verify this, caregivers working at 132 senior service organizations in Daegu and Gyeongbuk and elderly users receiving services were targeted. Exploratory factor analysis and regression analysis were examined for a total of 320 copies, and the mediating effect was PROCESS macro. was analyzed using As a result of the study, first, it was verified that service orientation is a leading variable of service satisfaction. Second, service quality showed mediating effect on service orientation and service satisfaction. The higher the service orientation of the caregivers, the higher the service quality, which can further increase the service satisfaction of the elderly. Therefore, it is important for elderly care providers to know what they are aiming for in providing services, and senior welfare institutions need education and compensation that can be applied to caregivers in the field.
