한중 현대 차(茶) 문화에 따른 도자 다구(茶具) 디자인 개발

국문 초록

본 연구에서는 한국과 중국의 현대 차 문화의 발전 현황을 살펴보고, 현대 도자 다구 디자인의 문제 점을 바탕으로 현대 차 문화의 특성을 반영한 도자 다구 디자인을 제시하였다. 도자 다구 디자인은 조형적 원리에 입각해 (1) 개인이 차 마실 때 사용하는 용도로 디자인된 다구로, 디자인이 간결하면서 소박하고 부피가 크지 않아 세척 및 보관이 편리한 산림(山林), (2) 청색과 자색 을 기조로 적색과 황색과 백색ﾠ등 다양한 색채를ﾠ매치해 운무 같은 이미지를 표현한 운무(雲霧), (3) 꽃(花)의 원래 형태를 가공하여 빛깔이 청아하고 온화하고, 사람들의 심미적 욕구를 만족시키는 동시에 사람과 자연의 조화를 이룬 청백(青白) 개완(蓋碗), (4) 차호(茶壺), 찻잔, 차탁(茶托)의 세 부분으로 구 성되어 있으며, 서양에서 유행하는 ‘Tea for one set’ 제품과 동양의 장식 색채를 결합해 사용자의 생활 습관에 맞도록 편리성을 고려한 일광(日光) 쯔무후(子母壺)1)등 네 가지 유형의 도자 다구 디자인을 개 발하였다. 본 연구는 도자기를 이용한 다구 디자인을 제안함으로써, 도자기의 기능과 실용성을 살리고 다구 디 자인의 다양화 가능성을 제시하였다는 점에서 그 의의가 있다고 할 수 있다.

영문 초록

This study examined the present status of the development in modern tea culture of South Korea and China, and suggested the design in ceramic tea utensil, which reflected a characteristic of modern tea culture, based on a problem about the modern ceramic tea utensil design. The ceramic tea utensil design is composed of (1) Forest(山林) cup with easy cleaning and storage owing to the concise design quality and to being simple and not bulky, (2) Cloud & Mist(雲 霧）cup that harmonized colors like cloud and mist through matching diverse colors such as red, yellow and white color based on blue and purple, (3) Blue & White(青白) lid(蓋碗）cup that was processed the original form of a flowering plant, resulting in being the pure and mild color and in promoting harmony between person and nature simultaneously with satisfying people’s aesthetic needs, (4) three parts in a tea jar(茶壺), teacup, teacup stand, on the basis of the formative principle. Four types of ceramic tea utensil designs were developed in Sunlight(日光) Jjeumuhu(子母 壺) in line with a user’s lifestyle through combining Jjeumuhu(子母壺) sculpture, which is popular in the West, and the Oriental implicative decorative colors. This study can be considered to have its significance in the aspect that revived function and practicability of ceramics and presented the possibility of diversification in tea utensil design through proposing tea utensil design using ceramics culture.
