국문 초록

코로나바이러스 감염증(COVID-19)이 장기간 지속되면서 삶의 방식이 빠른 속도록 변화하고 있다. 국내의 각 기업에서도 재택근무를 확대하는 등 비대면 업무로의 전환이 빠르게 이루어지고 있다. 기업은 비대면 업무환경에 맞는 플랫폼을 도입하고 있으며 근로자들 또한 협업시스템의 신속성 및 효율성에 만족감을 드러내고 있다. 비교적 빠른 시간 내에 스마트워크 등의 도입으로 비대면 협업시스템을 잘 구축한 기업은 효율적인 의사소통 및 신속한 업무처리로 조직성과가 또한 높아짐을 알 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 비대면 협업시스템의 정보시스템품질 속성이 업무 및 의사결정 효율성에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 실증적으로 검증하고, 비대면 협업시스템의 정보시스템품질 속성이 조직성과에 영향을 미칠 때 효율성이 매개변수로서 역할을 수행하는지를 검증하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 프로젝트 팀의 종사자를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하고 수집된 자료의 통계분석을 통하여 실증분석 하였다. 연구결과, 정보시스템품질은 업무 효율성 및 의사결정 효율성, 그리고 조직성과에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 비대면 협업시스템의 정보시스템품질은 업무 및 의사결정 효율성을 매개로 조직성과에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 결과적으로 비대면 협업시스템은 업무 및 의사결정 효율을 높여 궁극적으로 조직성과를 높이는데 중요한 역할을 한다는 것을 검증하였다. 이를 기반으로 전 세계적으로 비대면 협업시스템의 필요성이 강조되고 있는 시점에 내부 커뮤니케이션을 고려한 비대면 협업시스템을 구축하여 활용함으로써 조직성과를 높일 수 있다는 가능성이 있을 것으로 기대해 본다.

영문 초록

In accordance with the global trend of COVID-19, companies are conducting non-face-to-face work to ensure organizational continuity while minimizing physical contact between individuals. The main purpose of this study is to prove the effect of information system quality attributes of non-face-to-face collaboration system on the staff of the project team with project experience in the organization and to verify whether efficiency plays a role. Used as a parameter when information system quality attributes of non-face-to-face collaboration systems influence organizational performance. To this end, a survey was conducted for project team workers, and the collected data was analyzed publicly through statistical analysis. First, it was found that the quality of information system affects work efficiency (+). Second, information system quality was found to affect decision-making efficiency as (+). Third, efficiency was found to have a fixed (+) effect on organizational performance. Finally, as a result of verifying the mediating effect of efficiency between information system quality and organizational performance, it was found that both work efficiency and decision-making efficiency had mediating effects. As a result, the supporting role of the information system quality of the non-face-to-face collaboration system as a basic information service was confirmed, and the relationship with the organizational performance was confirmed sequentially through business application. This will provide a perspective on the need for a non-face-to-face collaboration system in the world recently in that the effectiveness can be expected by building and utilizing the non-face-to-face collaboration system. Consider the structure of internal communication between members of the organization.
