유아교육기관 교사의 사회자본이 협력과 역할수행에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 유아교육기관 종사자의 사회자본이 협력과 역할수행에 미치는 영향과 이들 영향관계에서 사회적 지지의 조절적 영향에 대하여 검증하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 문헌 연구를 바탕으로 연구가설 및 설문을 개발하고, 수도권 소재 유아교육기관에 종사하는 유아교사를 대상으로 설문을 실시하여 총 304부의 자료를 수집하고, 이를 통계적으로 분석하여 가설을 검증하였다. 연구결과 사회자본은 협력과 역할수행에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 협력은 역할수행에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 사회자본과 역할수행 간의 관계에서 사회지지는 조절적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구를 통하여 유아교육현장에서 사회자본 형성과 이를 통한 협력의 중요성을 확인함으로써 유아교육의 질적 향상을 위한 방향성을 제시하였다는 점을 본 연구의 의의라 할 수 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to verify the effects of social capital on collaboration and role performance of workers in early childhood education institutions, and the moderating effects of social support in these influence relationships. Therefore, based on the literature study, research hypotheses and measurement items were developed, and a questionnaire was conducted targeting early childhood teachers in the metropolitan area. A total of 304 copies of data were collected, and the hypothesis was verified by statistical analysis. As a result of the study, social capital was found to have a positive effect on cooperation and role performance. In addition, cooperation was found to have a positive effect on role performance. And it was found that social support had a moderating effect on the relationship between social capital and role performance. The significance of this study is that it suggests a direction for the qualitative improvement of early childhood education by confirming the importance of social capital formation and cooperation through this study in the early childhood education field.
