클리커 앱을 활용한 학문 목적 한국어 학습자의 쓰기 수업 방안 효과 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 클리커 앱을 활용한 쓰기 수업이 학문 목적 한국어 학습자의 쓰기 능력향상에 영향을 미치는지 확인하는 데 목적을 두었다. 이를 확인하기 위해 설정한 연구 문제는 첫째, ‘클리커 앱을 활용한 쓰기 수업이 학문 목적 한국어 학습자들의 쓰기능력을 향상시키는 데 효과가 있는가?’이고, 둘째, ‘클리커 앱을 활용한 쓰기 수업에대한 학문 목적 한국어 학습자들의 만족도는 어떠한가?’이다. 본 연구의 실험 참여자는 국내 대학기관에서 학문 목적 한국어 수업을 듣는 24명의 한국어 학습자이며, 클리커 앱을 활용한 수업의 효과를 검증하기 위해 처치 집단과 통제 집단으로 나누어사전 시험과 사후 시험을 실시했다. 연구결과 첫째, 사전 실험에서 처치 집단과 통제 집단의 평균 차이는 유의미하지않았으나 사후 실험에서 처치 집단과 통제 집단의 평균 차이는 유의미하게 나타났다. 둘째, 다양한 클리커 앱을 사용한 쓰기 수업에 대한 학습자들의 만족도 검사를 실시한 결과 5점 만점에 4.60점으로 높게 나타났다. 이와 같은 연구결과는 클리커 앱을 활용한 쓰기 수업 방안이 학문 목적 한국어 학습자의 쓰기 능력 향상에 도움을 줄 수 있다는 것을 의미한다.

영문 초록

This study aimed to analyze the effects of the use of the clicker app in a Korean language education class on the improvement of KAP(Korean for academic purposes) learners’ writing ability. For this purpose, the study points were set up as follows. First, would the use of the clicker app in the Korean language writing class be effective for the improvement of academic Korean learners’ writing ability? Second, what about KAP learners’ satisfaction with the use of the clicker app in the Korean language writing class? For this study, 24 KAP learners attending academic Korean classes in Korea were sampled. To test the effects of the class using the clicker app, they were divided into a treated group and a control group, and pre- and post-tests were conducted. The results of this study can be summarized as follows. First, in the pre-test, the groups’ difference of means was not significant, but in the post-test, the differences were significant. Second, the results of testing subjects’ satisfaction with the Korean writing class using diverse interaction tools showed that their satisfaction scored high or 4.60 on the five-point scale. Such results suggest that the use of the clicker app in a Korean language writing class would be effective in helping to improve KAP learners’ writing ability.
