국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 고등학생의 독서 정서-행동 잠재프로파일을 분석하고 영향 요인들을 탐색하는 것이다. 이를 위하여 경기교육종단연구 8차년도 자료인 고등학교 2학년 총 5,295명을 연구대상으로 삼았으며, 독서 정서와 독서 행동을 하위문항으로 독서 정서-행동 잠재프로파일을 탐색하였다. 고등학생의 독서 정서-행동은 크게 부정정서-소극형(22.25%), 보통정서-소극형(38.57%), 긍정정서-소극형(26.04%), 긍정정서-적극형(13.14%)으로 구분되었다. 국어수업 이해도, 자기효능감, 학업 스트레스, 초기 독서 습관이 높을수록 긍정정서-적극형에 속할 가능성이 높은 반면, 고정신념이 높고 휴대전화 사용 시간이 많을수록 부정정서-소극형에 속할 가능성이 높았다. 특히 국어 수업 이해도와 초기 독서 습관은네 개의 잠재프로파일 분류에 모두 유의하게 영향을 미쳤다. 긍정정서-적극형과 긍정정서-소극형을 구분하는 추가 요인은 휴대전화 사용 정도와 자기효능감, 보통정서소극형과 긍정정서-소극형을 구분하는 추가 요인은 학업 스트레스로 나타났다. 마지막으로 독서 정서-행동과 관련한 교육적 시사점을 논의하였다.

영문 초록

This study aims to analyze the reading emotion-behavior latent profiles of high school students and explore the various factors that affect their reading ability. Consequently, we analyzed data from the 8th year of the Gyeonggi Education Longitudinal Study, which involved 5,295 high school sophomores as participants. First, we searched reading emotion-behavior latent profiles with reading emotion and behavior as sub-items. From the analysis, the reading emotion-behavior of high school students was categorized into negative emotion-passive behavior (22.25%), normal emotion-passive behavior (38.57%), positive emotion-passive behavior (26.04%), and positive emotion-active behavior (13.14%). Considering the factors that influence the latent profiles of these students, it was found that the higher the Korean language comprehension, self-efficacy, academic stress, and early reading habits, the higher the possibility of the student being categorized under the positive emotion-active profile. On the other hand, the stronger the fixed beliefs and the more time spent on mobile aphones, the higher the possibility of the student being categorized under the negative emotion-passive behavior profile. In particular, it was found that Korean language comprehension and early reading habits significantly affected all the four latent profiles classifications. Additionally, factors that differentiated positive emotion-active behavior type from the positive emotion-passive behavior type were the mobile phone use and self-efficacy. Furthermore, academic stress differentiated typical emotion-passive behavior type from positive emotion-passive behavior type. Finally, we discussed educational implications related to reading emotion-behavior.
