국문 초록

본 연구는 4년제 대학 졸업생의 성별에 따른 첫 일자리 만족도 결정요인을 의사결정나무분석으로 비교하였다. 2018GOMS를 활용하였고, 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 남성과 여성 모두 첫 일자리 만족도를 결정하는 가장 중요한 요인은 직무 관련 변수 중 ‘일수준과 교육수준의 일치도’로 교육수준 대비 일수준이 높을 때 첫 일자리 만족도가 증가하였다. 둘째, 남성과 여성 모두 개인 관련 변수보다는 직무, 대학교육 관련 변수가 첫 일자리 만족도에 더 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 첫 일자리 만족도가 가장 높은 집단의 깊이 2를 결정하는 요인은 남성은 ‘학교에 대한 전반적 만족도’, 여성은 ‘전공에 대한 전반적 만족도’, 첫 일자리 만족도가 가장 높은 집단의 깊이 3을 결정하는 요인은 남성은 ‘종료 시 정규직 여부’, 여성은 ‘근로시간’으로 차이가 났다. 본 연구는 4년제 대학 졸업생의 성별에 따른 첫 일자리 만족도 결정요인을 제시함으로써 대학에서 학습자 특성을 고려한 실제적 진로 및 취업 지원 교육의 방향을 제시한 점에서 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

This purpose of this study is to investigate and compare determinants of first job satisfaction by gender of four year college graduates using decision tree analysis. The 2018 Graduates Occupational Mobility Survey(GOMS) data was used and the research results are as follows. First, the most important factor that determines first job satisfaction for both men and women was congruence between work and education level among job-related variables. Second, it was found that job-related variables and university education-related variables had a greater effect on first job satisfaction than individual-related variables for both men and women. Third, the factors determining the depth 2 of the group classified as having the highest first job satisfaction were overall satisfaction with school for men and overall satisfaction with major for women. The factors determining the depth 3 of the group with the highest first job satisfaction were whether permanent position at the end of employment for men and working hours for women. This study is meaningful in that it suggests the direction of actual career and employment support education in consideration of the learner s characteristics at the university by suggesting determinants of first job satisfaction according to gender of four-year college graduates.
