국문 초록

본 연구는 교사가 마을교육공동체에 참여하는 가운데 어떠한 학습을 경험하고 있으며, 참여 과정에서 교사에게 어떠한 성장이 나타나는지에 대해 자문화기술지 방법으로 살펴봄으로써, 학교-마을 연계 과정에서 교사의 주체적인 참여가 갖는 의미를 이해하는 데에 목적이 있다. 이러한 연구 대상과 목적에 맞게 다양한 유형의 질적 자료를 수집하였고, 실용적 절충주의에 기초한 주제 분석을 통해 범주와 하위 범주를 생성하였다. 연구결과를 간략하게 제시하면 다음과 같다. 교사가 마을교육공동체와 관계를 맺고 활동해가는 과정은 ① 학교-마을의 연계 필요성 인식 및 대안 모색, ② 교사와 마을 주민이라는 이중적 정체성으로 인한 딜레마 경험과 비판적 성찰, ③ 마을교육공동체의 학습자로서 정체성 활성화 및 실천이라는 흐름을 거치며 마을교육공동체의 일원이 되어가는 학습의 여정이었음을 확인할 수 있었다.

영문 초록

The aim of this study is to understand the meaning of a teacher’s active participation in the school-community linkage process by exploring the teacher’s learning experiences while participating in the maeul educational community and how the teacher grows in the process of participation through autoethnography. This study collected various types of qualitative data in accordance with the subjects and purposes of this study, and main themes and categories were derived from qualitative data analysis which is based on the pragmatic eclecticism. The results and conclusions of this study are as follows: it was confirmed that the process by which the teacher engages in relationships with the maeul educational community and act in the maeul educational community was the learning journey to become a member of the maeul educational community through ① recognition of the necessity of school-community linkage and seeking alternatives, ② critical reflection and the dilemma experiences caused by the dual identity of teachers and villagers, ③ activation of identity as a learner of the maeul educational community.
