토픽모델링을 활용한 고령근로자 일터 안전교육 연구동향 분석

국문 초록

본 연구에서는 토픽모델링을 활용하여 고령근로자의 일터 안전교육 관련 연구의 동향을 살펴보고자 하였다. 연구에 사용된 데이터베이스는 한국교육학술정보원, 한국과학기술정보센터, 학술데이터베이스서비스, 한국학술정보, Springer, Web of Science, Emerald, SAGE를 선정하였다. 최종 선정된 88편의 문헌들을 통해 3,362개의 단어들을 도출하고 분석하였다. 고령근로자 연구의 연구물 수는 오랜 기간 일정한 추세를 보이다가 2018년도에 급증하였고 그 이후부터 고령근로자의 안전교육에 관한 연구가 본격적으로 수행되었다. 토픽모델링 분석결과 일터환경, 안전매개, 몰입요소 등 고령근로자 일터 안전교육에 관한 연구주제는 총 3개로 확인되었다. 결과 분석을 통해 도출된 시사점은 다음과 같다. 먼저 생산가능인구의 변동으로 인해 고령근로자의 일터안전교육에 관한 연구는 시대의 변화에 비해 부족한 실정이므로 해당 연구의 양적․질적 성장을 위해 지속적으로 연구가 수행될 필요성이 있다. 또한 연구가 수행된 일터 환경이 주로 건설 산업현장으로 한정되어 있으므로 추가적인 일터 환경에 대해 논의되어야 한다. 본 연구는 비정형데이터를 활용하여 텍스트마이닝을 수행하였고 교육학 분야에서 그 활용 가능성을 검증하였다는 의의를 가진다. 향후 연구에서는 체계적인 방법론을 통해 대규모의 텍스트 데이터를 기반으로 일터 안전교육의 연구동향 뿐만 아니라 일터에서의 몰입을 위한 요인도출 및 요인 간의 관계 등 종합적인 분석이 수행되기를 기대한다.

영문 초록

In this study, topic modeling was performed to examine the trends of research related to workplace safety education for elderly workers. 3,362 words were derived and used for the analysis, by analyzing the selected 88 articles. As a result of the topic modeling analysis, a total of three research topics related to workplace safety education for elderly workers such as workplace environment, safety mediation, and immersion factors were identified. The implications derived from the analysis of the results are as follows: first, research on workplace safety education for older workers due to changes in the working-age population is insufficient compared to the changes of the times, so it is necessary to continue the quantitative and qualitative growth of the research. In addition, since the workplace environment in which the research was conducted is mainly limited to the construction industry site, additional workplace environments should be discussed. This study is meaningful in that it attempts to analyze big data through text data and verified its applicability in the field of education. In future research, it is expected that a comprehensive analysis will be conducted based on large-scale text data through systematic methodologies, such as not only the research trend of workplace safety education but also the derivation of factors for immersion in the workplace and the relationship between factors.
