영문 초록

Composites of acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer(ABS) with woody fibers were prepared. and the effect of compatibilizers on their mechanical properties was evaluated. To improve the compatibility of wood fibers and the matrix polymers. six kinds of compatibilizers were developed. The tensile strength and the elastic modulus of wood-ABS composite increased with the increases in the wood content. however. the break elongation of that decreased. On the tensile strength of wood-ABS composite, the chemically-reactive compatibilizer was effective. On the other hand. the compatibilizer. a methyl acrylate added styrene-acrylonitrile copolymer, was effective on the break elongation of wood-ABS composite
