비대면 실시간 노인인지활동책놀이 프로그램이 인지기능과 우울감에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 주야간보호시설을 이용하는 노인을 대상으로, 비대면 실시간 노인인지활동책놀이 프로그램이 노인의 인지 기능과우울에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 밝히는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 연구대상자는 서울시 E구에 소재하는 두 곳의 26명이었으며, 사전연구를거쳐 구성된 10회기 프로그램을 실험집단 15명에게 실시하였다. 측정 도구는 인지선별검사(Cognitive Impairment Screening Test: CIST)와단축형 우울척도(Korean version of the Short form of Geriatric Depression Scale, SGDS-K)였다. 연구결과, 인지영역 중, 기억력(p<.01), 언어능력(p<.05)에서 유의미한 변화가 있었고, 우울척도(p<.05)에서도 긍정적 변화가 있었다. 이 같은 결과로 볼 때, 비대면 실시간노인인지활동책놀이 프로그램은 코로나 19로 인한 사회적 거리두기 상황에서 지속적으로 운용가능한 노인대상 인지활동 프로그램모델을 제시했다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

This study examines the effect of the non-face-to-face real-time cognitive activity book play program on cognitive function and depression of the elderly in senior day care centers. The subjects of the study were 26 people from the two centers located in E-gu, Seoul, and 15 people in the experimental group went through a 10-session program derived from a preliminary study. Two measurement tools were used: the Cognitive Impairment Screening Test (CIST) and the Korean version of the Short form of Geriatric Depression Scale (SGDS-K). As a result of the study, there were significant positive changes in memory (p<.01), language ability (p<.05), and depression scale (p<.05). The non-face-to-face real-time cognitive activity book play program is meaningful in that it presented a model that can be continuously operated in a social distancing situation caused by COVID-19.
