중고령자의 라이프스타일 평가도구에 관한 체계적 고찰

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 중고령자의 라이프스타일을 평가하기 위한 평가도구들을 체계적 고찰하고자 하였다. 자료수집을 위해 해외데이터베이스 CINAHL, Pubmed, Google scholar, NDSL을 검색하여 관련 자료를 추출하였다. 라이프스타일을 평가한 132편 연구 중9개의 평가도구를 최종 추출하여 분석하였다. 최종 분석에 포함된 9개의 평가도구에서 사용빈도, 평가목적 및 방법, 하위요인과 위험요인등을 구분하여 체계적으로 정리하여 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 평가도구의 사용빈도는 HPLPⅡ가 74.24%로 가장 많이 사용되었으며, 평가도구의 사용 목적은 건강을 위한 행동을 평가하는 평가도구는 6개였으며, 체중관리 1개, 만성질환 관리 1개, 신체활동 1개로 나타났다. 라이프스타일에 대한 9개 위험요인 중 FLQ 7개, HPLPⅡ와 ELQ, YLP가 5개 요인을 포함하고 있었다. 본 연구 결과는 라이프스타일평가도구들의 사용 목적과 문항 및 척도, 결과분석 그리고 분석하고자 하는 위험요인 등을 고려하여 적합한 도구를 선택하고 활용할수 있는 정보를 포함하고 있음에 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to systematic review the assessment tools to evaluate the lifestyle of middle-aged and aged. For data collection, related data were extracted by searching databases CINAHL, Pubmed, Google scholar, and NDSL. Among the 132 studies that evaluated lifestyle, nine assessment tools were finally extracted. In the nine assessment tools included in the final analysis, the evaluate purpose and method, frequency of use, sub-factors, and risk factor were systematically classify and analyzed. As a result of the analysis, as for the frequency of use of the aeassessment tools, HPLPII was used the most at 73.48%, and the purpose of the evaluate was six behavior for health, one weight management, one chronic disease management, one physical activity. Among the nine risk factors for lifestyle, FLQ included seven factors, and HPLPⅡ, ELQ, and YLP included five factors. The results of this research are meaningful in that they contain information that can be used to select and utilize appropriate instruments in consideration of the evaluate purpose, items and scales, analysis of results, and risk factors to be analyzed of lifestyle assessment tools.
