국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 한국에서 2020년 1월부터 시행되고 있는 노인맞춤돌봄서비스사업에 관해 이 사업의 중요성에 대해 살펴보고, 문제점을 파악해보며, 여러 가지 노인의 욕구에 맞는 정책적 개선방안을 모색하고자 한다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위해 본 연구에서는 노인맞춤돌봄서비스사업의 운영실태를 분석해보고, 서비스 대상자인 노인의 자립적 생활능력이 향상될 수 있도록 하기 위해 효과적인 방안을 제시하기 위한 연구수행의 내용을 다음과 같이 제시하고자 한다. 첫째, 한국의 노인맞춤돌봄서비스사업의 시행과정과 관련제도를 검토해 본다. 둘째, 노인맞춤돌봄서비스사업과 관련된 선행연구를 통해 현재 시행되고 있는 노인맞춤돌봄서비스사업의 운영실태에 대한 문제점을 살펴본다. 셋째, 노인맞춤돌봄서비스사업과 노인돌봄종합서비스사업의 차이점을 분석 한다. 넷째, 노인맞춤돌봄서비스사업의 개선방안을 알아본다. 위의 네 가지 연구수행 내용은 현재 시행되고 있는 노인맞춤돌봄서비스사업의 중요한 문제점과 현황을 분석함으로써 대상자인 노인들에게 서비스의 만족도를 증가시키고 제도의 본 취지에 부합되는 발전을 이루고자 전문가적 자질을 갖추기 위한 대안을 마련하는데 기초가 될 것이다. 본 연구의 노인맞춤돌봄서비스사업에 대한 운영실태의 개선방안 내용은 다음과 같이 정리해볼 수 있다. 첫째, 수행인력에 대한 처우개선과 직무교육 등이 필요하다. 둘째, 대상자에게 추가적인 서비스 제공이 필요하다. 셋째, 대상자 발굴을 위한 서비스의 체계구축 및 자원의 연계방안이 필요하다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to examine the importance of this project, identify problems, and seek policy improvement measures tailored to the needs of various elderly people in Korea. To achieve this purpose, this study aims to analyze the operation status of the customized care service for the elderly and to present effective measures to improve the independent living ability of the elderly who are eligible for the service as follows. First, we will review the implementation process and related systems of the customized care service project for the elderly in Korea. Second, through prior research related to the elderly customized care service project, the problems of the current implementation and the operation status of the elderly customized care service project are examined. Third, the difference between the elderly customized care service project and the elderly care comprehensive service project is analyzed. Fourth, let s find out how to improve the customized care service project for the elderly. The above four research contents will be the basis for preparing alternatives to increase service satisfaction and achieve development consistent with the purpose of the system by analyzing the important problems and status of the customized care service for the elderly. The contents of the improvement plan for the operation status of the customized care service project for the elderly in this study can be summarized as follows. First, it is necessary to improve treatment and job training for performing personnel. Second, it is necessary to provide additional services to the subjects. Third, it is necessary to establish a system of services and link resources to discover subjects.
