국문 초록

이 연구의 목적은 과제분석을 이용한 시각적 지원이 자폐성 장애학생의 바리스타 직무수행능력의 기술수행과 기술숙련도에 미치는 영향을 검증 하는데 있다. 연구 참여자는 C시의 고등학교에 재학 중인 3명의 자폐성 장애학생이며, 통합형직업교육거점학교 수업에 참여하는 학생이다. 이 연구는 단일대상 연구방법으로 세 명의 참여자에 대한 참여자간 중다 간헐 기초선 설계를 적용하였으며 기초선, 중재, 유지의 3단계 절차로 진행되었다. 기술수행관찰 기록지와 검사 기록지를 활용하여, 연구 참여자들의 바리스타 직무수행능력의 기술수행 정도와 기술숙련도를 알아보았다. 연구결과, 3명의 연구참여자 모두 기초선에 비해 과제분석을 활용한 시각적 지원 중재 후에 에스프레소 추출하기와 카푸치노 만들기 기술수행점수가 향상되었으며, 에스프레소와 카푸치노를 완성하는데 소요되는 시간을 측정한 기술숙련도의 검사 결과 또한 높아진 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 과제분석을 이용한 시각적 지원이 바리스타 직무수행능력을 향상시킨다는 것을 확인할 수 있었으며, 이와 관련한 시사점과 제한점을 언급하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of visual support using task analysis on technical performance and technical proficiency of baristas job performance of students with autism spectrum disorder. Participants were 3 autistic spectrum disorder students attending high school in city C, participating in the integrated vocational education base school class. This study used multiple intermittent baseline design among three participants for a single subject study method and proceeded to the baseline, intervention, and maintenance phase after preliminary experiment. In order to investigate the degree of skill performance of the baristar job performance of the research participants, technical performance observation records were used and technical proficiency was measured through test records. As a result of the study, the subjects of all three subjects increased the score of extracting espresso and skill of making cappuccino after the visual support intervention using the task analysis compared to the baseline, and the skill rate of measuring the time taken to complete each of espresso and cappuccino Test results were also improved. Therefore, it was confirmed that visual support using task analysis improves barista s job performance, and implications and limitations related to this task are.
