국문 초록

본 연구는 사립 특수학교에서 긍정적 행동지원이 지적장애 학생의 수업시간에 나타나는 문제행동에 미치는 효과와 이의 지속적인 유지를 알아보는데 목적이 있다. 본 연구는 특수학교 고등부에 배치된 지적장애 학생 1명을 대상으로 선정하여 세 가지 상황-일반 교실(국어), 목공실(직업), 정보처리실(재량(ICT)-에서 상황 간 복식기초선 설계를 적용하였다. 개별화된 긍정적 행동지원 중재를 위하여 기능적 행동평가 및 중재계획을 개발 하였고, 관찰 및 자료수집은 빈도 기록법으로 실시하였다. 연구결과 특수학교에 배치된 지적장애 학생에 대한 긍정적 행동지원 중재로 수업 중 나타나는 수업 방해 행동이 감소하였으며, 문제행동 감소는 시간이 지난 후에도 유지되었다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of the individualized positive behavior support on problem behaviors of special school student with intellectual disabilities. The participant was a student with intellectual disabilities who received education in a special school setting. The study utilized a multiple baseline design across settings with an order of baseline, intervention, and maintenance phase, measuring behaviors using frequency. Functional behavior assessment was also conducted using direct observation, interview with the teacher, and student’s personal files were analyzed to identify the function of the behavior. The dependent variables were the classroom disruptive behaviors demonstrated by student during classroom activity; taking away peer s possession or pulling out peer s headset while in classroom activity and instruction The findings from the study indicated that with multi-tiered intervention of positive behavior supports (i.e., antecedent strategies, alternative behavioral strategies, and consequent strategies), the disruptive behaviors of the student significantly declined during the intervention phase. The implication included the guidelines for future research and limitation.
