발달지체 유아를 대상으로 한 언어중재 연구 동향 분석

국문 초록

이 연구는 발달지체 유아를 대상으로 한 언어중재 연구들의 국내 문헌을 중심으로 분석하여 현장에서 발달지체유아를 대상으로 한 다양한 언어중재방법의 참고 자료를 제공하고 전반적인 동향을 알아보는 데 목적을 두었다. 이를 위해 1997년부터 2016년 사이에 발간된 국내 학술지 중에서 18편을 선정하였다. 분석 유형은 중재환경, 중재방법으로 분류하고, Horner와 동료들들(2005)의 단일대상연구 질적지표에 따라 분석하였다. 분석결과 중재환경 유형에서는 교실 상황에서 개별 교수 형태가, 언어중재를 실시한 중재자로서는 실험자가 중재를 실시한 연구가 많았다. 중재방법 유형 중 설계방법으로는 대상자간 중다기초선설계와 대상자간 중다간헐기초선설계가, 중재전략으로는 기능적 중재 유형인 활동중심 중재를 실시한 연구가 많았다. 종속변인의 유형으로는 표현언어 중 화용론 영역이 가장 많았다. 대부분의 연구들이 신뢰도를 평가하였으나, 중재충실도나 사회적 타당도, 일반화 등에 관한 평가를 실행한 연구는 적었다. Horner와 동료들(2005)의 질적지표를 모두 만족한 연구가 4편이었다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to provide reference for various language intervention methods for children with developmental delay and analyze the overall trends in the field of language intervention studies for young children with developmental delays. To do this, 19 out of the domestic journals published between 1997 and 2016 were selected. The articles were classified into the intervention environment and intervention method, and they were analyzed according to the qualitative indicators of Horner and colleagues for single subject design studies (2005). As a result of the analysis, it was found that there were many studies about direct intervention in the classroom conducted by the experimenter in the study. Among the types of intervention methods, there were many multiple baseline design across subjects and multiple intermittent baseline design across subjects. Moreover, there were many studies about activity-based intervention. Pragmatism was the most common type of dependent variables. In addition, most of the studies have evaluated and reported reliability, but there were few studies that have conducted evaluation of intervention fidelity, social validity, and generalization. Four studies were satisfied with 21 qualitative indicators of Horner and colleagues.
