국문 초록

이 연구는 특수교육지원센터 장애영아교실의 운영 현황을 조사하고 이에 따른 문제점을 분석하여 개선방향을 제시하는 것에 목적을 두고 있다. 이를 위해 전국 특수교육지원센터 장애영아교실 담당교사를 대상으로 총 31부의 설문지를 수집하여 각 항목 별 빈도를 백분율로 환산하여 분석하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 수업운영에 대한 문제점으로 교육과정의 부재로 인한 학급운영의 어려움과 교구 및 수업에 필요한 활용프로그램의 부족이 제시되었다. 둘째, 관련 서비스 지원의 문제점으로 치료지원서비스와 가족지원 프로그램 운영, 부모교육 실시의 문제점이 나타났다. 셋째, 행정적·재정적 지원의 문제점으로 예산과 보조 인력의 부족, 비인가 학급 운영, 교사의 연수기회 부족 등이 제시되었다. 이 연구는 향후 특수교육지원센터에 배치되어 장애영아 교실을 운영하는 교사들이 겪는 문제를 해결할 수 있도록 지원하는 기초자료 역할을 할 수 있으며, 나아가 장애영아교실의 효과적인 운영에 도움이 될 것으로 기대된다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to examine the current operational condition of the young children with disabilities classroom in the special education support Centers, and analyze its problems, and then suggest expansive improvement direction of the young children with disabilities in the special education support centers. For this, questionnaires targeting the teachers in charge of 34 infants and toddlers classrooms in the special education support centers were distributed and a total of 31 questionnaires were collected. The result of this study is as follows. First, when the contents presented as problems about class operation were examined, there were difficulties of class management due to the absence of a curriculum and difficulties about lack of application programs which are necessary for class. Second, the problem of related service support caused the problems of therapeutic support service, program operation for family support and practice of parental education. Third, as the problems of administrative and financial support, lack of budget and assistant staff that are necessary for operation of the disabled infants and toddlers classrooms, the fact that the disabled infants and toddlers classrooms are being operated as unauthorized classrooms and lack of training opportunity for the teachers in charge of disabled infants and toddlers, etc. were suggested. In future, this study can play the role of a base data which helps to solve the problems that the teachers managing disabled young children with disabilities classrooms experience, and further, it is expected to be a big help to effective management of disabled infants and toddlers classrooms.
