치료지원과 발달재활서비스를 받고 있는 장애유아 어머니의 경험에 대한 질적연구

국문 초록

이 연구는 치료지원과 발달재활 서비스를 받고 있는 어머니의 경험과 인식을 알아보고자 하였다. 이를 알아보기 위하여 10명의 장애유아 어머니를 대상으로 면담을 통해 연구를 진행하였다. 연구 방법은 Creswell(2007)이 제시한 일반적인 질적연구 방법에 Colaizzi(1978)의 분석절차를 활용하였다. 연구 결과 ‘편리와 불편사이의 진단과 지원서비스 신청’, ‘사설 치료실, 병원, 순회치료의 선택에 대한 부모 관점에서의 시각’의 범주가 도출되었다. ‘편리와 불편사이의 진단과 지원서비스신청’에서 연구 참여자들은 치료지원과 발달재활서비스를 받기 위한 진단, 적격성 판정, 행정 절차에 대해 개선이 필요하다고 인식하였다. ‘사설 치료실, 병원, 순회치료의 선택에 대한 부모 관점에서의 시각’에서는 소통과 공유, 시설, 치료사의 능력, 경제적 여건, 거리와 위치, 비공식적 집단의 추천, 기관의 명칭을 고려하여 보호자가 치료기관을 선택하는 것으로 나타났다. 끝으로, 이 결과를 토대로 치료지원과 발달재활서비스의 미래의 개선점과 운영 방향을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

The Purpose of this study was to examine the experience and the recognition of mothers received therapeutic support and developmental rehabilitation services. A qualitative method was performed by interview to the 10 mothers with disabled children. This study used generally qualitative research methods that Creswell(2007) proposed it. And Analysis procedure is used Colaizzi(1978)’s method. The result was a Convenient and inconvenience of diagnostic process and support services , Perspective view of the parent for the selection of private treatment rooms, hospitals, circuit treatment’. Convenient and inconvenience of diagnostic process and support services , it was recognized the need to improve for diagnosis, eligibility determination, administrative procedures. Perspective view of the parent for the selection of private treatment rooms, hospitals, circuit treatment’, it was indicated to be considering for communication and sharing, facilities, the ability of the therapist, economic conditions, distance and location, the recommendation of the informal group, the name of the institution. Based on the study result, it was proposed operational and support direction for future research directions to the therapeutic support and the developmental rehabilitation services.
