국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 대학 엘리트 축구선수의 징크스의존도, 스포츠수행전략, 귀인, 정신력의 관계를 파악해 경쟁 관계 속에서 자신의 능력을 함양하고 안정적으로 성인축구에 진입하는데 필요한 심리적 기술 요인의 기초자료를 제공하는 데 그 목적이있다. 이를 위해 S·G도, C도, G시에 있는 대학 엘리트 축구선수 136명을 대상으로2021년 7월~8월 초 동안 조사를 하였다. 수집된 자료를 통해 도출한 결과는 다음과같다. 첫째, 대학 엘리트 축구선수의 스포츠수행전략, 성공귀인, 정신력은 관계가 있는 결과를 보였다. 아울러 징크스의존도는 다른 심리적 기제와 관련성이 없는 결과를나타냈다. 둘째, 스포츠수행전략 하위요인 중 컨디션조절, 심상 및 목표설정, 감정조절과 정신력이 관계가 있는 결과를 나타냈다. 또한 성공귀인 하위요인은 상대분석, 컨디션과 실패귀인의 하위요인으로 정신력요인과, 심리부담감이 정신력과 유의한 관계가 있는 결과를 나타냈다. 셋째, 징크스의존도에 관한 개방형 질문을 통해 응답한결과는 경기 전, 축구화, 오른쪽, 왼쪽, 음식 등이 상위 키워드 언어로 도출되었다. 본연구를 통해 얻은 결론은 성인 무대로 나아가기 위한 발판의 시작으로 대학 엘리트축구선수를 위해 성공할 수 있는 심리적 지원과 안정된 목표설정을 함과 동시에 반복적 수행루틴이 가능한 체계적인 프로그램이 필요함을 시사한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to provide basic data of psychological skills that are necessary for enabling soccer players to advance to the adult soccer stably by cultivating one’s ability in competitive relation by understanding the relationship among mental toughness, jinx dependence, sports performance strategies and attribution of elite soccer players. For the foregoing, this study conducted a survey from July through August 2021 targeting 136 elite soccer players in the universities in the province of S·G, C and G city. Results derived from the collected data are as follows. First, sports performance strategies, success attribution and mental toughness of elite soccer players are proven to be interrelated. Meanwhile, jinx dependence had nothing to do with other psychological mechanisms. Second, of the subfactors of sports performance strategies, regulation of condition, mental image and goal setting, emotion control had a relationship with mental toughness. In addition, subfactors of success attribution such as analysis of opponents, condition and failure attribution and subfactors of failure attribution such as mental toughness and psychological burden had a significant relationship with mental toughness. Third, for the results responded through open-ended questions on jinx dependence, before the match, soccer shoes, right, left and food were derived as superordinate keywords. The result of this study implies that a systematic program that enables elite soccer players to perform repeatedly with psychological support and stable goal setting for their success is considered necessary as a foothold to advance to senior level.
