국문 초록

이 연구의 목적은 청소년이 지각하는 부모양육태도와 삶의 만족도 간의 관계에서 또래관계 및 교사관계와 그릿의 이중매개효과를 검증하는 것이다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 한국청소년정책연구원에서 수집한 ‘한국아동·청소년 패널조사 2018(Korean Children and Youth Panel Survey 2018: KCYPS 2018)’의 중학교 1학년 2,571명의 데이터를 활용하였다. 자료는 Hayes(2013)의 Process Macro(Model 6)를 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 청소년이 지각하는 부모양육태도, 또래관계 및 교사관계, 그릿, 삶의 만족도 간의 상관관계를 분석한 결과, 삶의 만족도는 긍정적 부모양육태도, 긍정적 또래관계 및 교사관계, 그릿과 정적 상관관계가 있었다. 반면, 삶의 만족도, 교사관계와 그릿은 부정적 부모양육태도, 부정적 또래관계와 부적 상관관계가 있었다. 둘째, 부모양육태도와 삶의 만족도 간의 관계에서 또래관계 및 교사관계와 그릿은 부분 이중매개효과가 있었다. 이상의 연구결과는 청소년의 삶의 만족도 향상을 위해 교육 현장에서 긍정적 또래관계 및 교사관계 형성과 그릿 향상을 위한 교육적 개입이 필요함을 시사한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to examine the dual mediating effect of peer relationship, teacher relationship, and grit on the relationship between parents’ rearing attitude and life satisfaction in adolescents. The subject in this study were 2,571 students in middle school 1st grade from Korean Children and Youth Panel Survey 2018. The data were analyzed using Hayes (2013) Process Macro (Model 6). The major findings of this study were as follows: First, life satisfaction was positively correlated with positive parents’ rearing attitude, positive peer relationship and teacher relationship, and grit. On the other hand, life satisfaction, teacher relationship and grit were negatively correlated with negative parents’ rearing attitude and negative peer relationship. Second, there was a dual mediating effect of peer relationship, teacher relationship, and grit on the relationship between parents’ rearing attitude and life satisfaction. The above research results suggest that educational intervention is needed to build positive peer and teacher relationships and improve grit in the educational field to improve youth life satisfaction.
