인물 이야기를 활용한 공간형 콘텐츠에서 나타나는 뉴트로적 특성과 의미

국문 초록

지역의 거리 공간이 문화를 만나면서 새로운 공간형 콘텐츠로 태어나고 있다. 대구 김광석 다시 그리기 길은 문화적 소재로서 가수 故김광석의 이야기를 활용하여 방천시장 옹벽길이라는 공간에 체화한 공간형 콘텐츠로 구현된 복합문화공간이다. 공간형 콘텐츠의 문화적 소재로서 ‘인물’이 활용되기 위해서는 역사 세계의 인물로, 사회 제분야에서 탁월한 업적이 있어야 한다. 따라서 김광석은 ‘가객⋅노래하는 시인⋅노래하는 철학자’라는 별칭으로 불리우며, 포크음악을 선도했다는 점에서 공간형 콘텐츠의 문화적 소재인 ‘인물’로서 활용되기에 충분해 보인다. 최근 복고주의를 의미하는 ‘레트로’ 현상이 패션⋅음식⋅방송 등 곳곳에서 나타나고 있으며, 이를 경험하지 못했던 밀레니얼 세대가 레트로를 경험하면서, ‘뉴트로’라는 새로운 트렌드가 나타나고 있다. 김광석 다시 그리기 길은 김광석이 왕성하게 활동했던 1980~90년대의 이야기를 재현한 공간으로, 이 자체가 레트로적 성격을 품고 있다. 따라서 이 연구는 밀레니얼 세대를 연구참여자로 선정하여 김광석 다시 그리기 길에서 나타나는 뉴트로적 특성을 분석하고자 한다. 김광석 다시 그리기 길에 나타나는 뉴트로적 특성으로 경험적 특성⋅감성적 특성⋅심미적 특성을 프레임으로 설정하고 분석하였다. 경험적 특성으로는 밀레니얼 세대의 참여자들은 이 거리를 통해 낯선 경험을 하면서 다양한 공감각적인 콘텐츠를 경험하는 것으로 드러났다. 감성적 특성으로는 김광석의 삶과 음악세계를 활용한 벽화⋅공연 등을 통해 감정의 교류를 하고 있는 것으로 드러났다. 마지막으로 심미적 특징으로는 전국에서 유일한 김광석 콘텐츠라는 독창성과 희소성이 미학적 요소를 발현하는 것으로 드러났다. 따라서 이 연구의 결론을 두 가지로 제시하였다. 첫째, 공간형 콘텐츠로 ‘인물’의 이야기를 활용하고, 성공적인 콘텐츠로 정착되기 위해서는 많은 공감적인 요소와 독창적인 스토리텔링 기획력이 있어야 한다. 둘째, 밀레니얼 세대를 대상으로 뉴트로적 특성을 강화함으로써 공간형 콘텐츠의 지속가능성을 확보할 필요가 있다.

영문 초록

As the local street space meets culture, it is being born as a new spatial content. Daegu s Kim Gwang-seok street is a complex cultural space embodied in a space called Bangcheon Market Retaining Wall Road using the story of the late singer Kim Gwang-seok as a cultural material. In order for “Person” to be used as a cultural material for spatial content, he or she must be a figure in the historical world and have excellent achievements in the social sector. Therefore, Kim Gwang-seok is known as a singer, a singing poet, and a singing philosopher, and it seems sufficient in that he led folk music. Recently, “retro” phenomenon, which means retroism, has appeared in many places, including fashion, food, and broadcasting, and a new trend of “newtro” is emerging as millennials who have not experienced it have experienced retro. The Kim Kwang-seok street is a space that recreates the story of the 1980s and 1990s when Kim Kwang-seok was active, and it itself has a retro character. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the newtro characteristics of Kim Gwang-seok street by selecting millennials as research participants. The frame was set up and analyzed with empirical, emotional, and aesthetic characteristics due to the newtro characteristics that appear on the Kim Kwang-seok street. Experiential characteristics show that Millennials participants experience a variety of synesthesia content while experiencing unfamiliar experiences through this distance. Finally, the originality and scarcity of Kim Kwang-seok content, the only aesthetic feature in the country, were found to express aesthetic elements. Therefore, the conclusions of this study are presented in two ways. First, in order to utilize the story of “Person” as a spatial content and to become a successful content, there must be many sympathetic elements and original storytelling planning skills. Second, it was suggested as a conclusion that the sustainability of spatial content needs to be secured by strengthening the neurological characteristics for millennials.
