초등 임용2차시험제도 개선을 통한 교원양성 현장성 강화 방안 탐색

국문 초록

이 연구는 의대 양성과정 및 의사 면허실기시험 분석을 통해 초등교원의 현장성 강화 방안을 탐색하여 초등 임용2차시험의 개선방안을 마련하고자 한다. 가장 대표적인 전통 전문직종인 의사 양성과정 중 현장성에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 의사면허 실기시험의 특징을 분석함으로써 초등 2차임용시험 개선에 시사점을 도출하고자 한다. 이를 위해 의대 양성과정과 실기시험에 대해 분석하고 의대생, 공중보건의, 임용시험 응시생, 저경력 초등교사, 임용시험 전문가 등을 포함한 9명의 면담자와 심층면담을 수행하였다. 인터뷰를 분석한 결과 의대에서 그렇듯 현장성 강화를 위해 현장경험을 갖춘 교수요원과 실습학교 확보, 교직과목 담당교수들의 실습 참여, 실습 담당 교수와 실습 담당 교사 간의 협력 체제 구축, 예비교사의 실기 역량 강화 및 임용2차시험에서 실기 비중 확대 등이 보완되어야 함을 시사하고 있다. 또한 의대 면허실기시험에서와 같이 임용 2차시험에 대한 구체적 지침을 마련하고 이를 공개하며 2차 시험의 변별력을 높이고, 이에 대한 준비를 위해 교원양성 교육과정 내에서 실습을 강화하고 실습과 교대 내 교육과정 연계를 긴밀하게 구축할 필요가 있음을 시사하고 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to prepare a plan to improve the 2ndsection of the practical test system for doctor’s licenses. This shall be done by improving elementary school teachers’ by navigating ways to strengthen the usefulness of the teachers through the analysis of medical school training courses. By analyzing the characteristics of the practical doctor s license test, which has the greatest influence on the field ability among the most representative traditional professional doctors training courses, the study intends to derive implications for improving the 2nd appointment test for elementary teachers. To this end, medical school training courses and practical tests were analyzed, and in-depth interviews were conducted with seven interviewees, including medical students, public health doctors, appointment test takers (pre-service teachers), elementary novice teachers, and appointment test experts. As in medical school, the analysis of interviews suggests that securing professors with practical school and field experience, participating in practice by professors in charge of teaching, establishing a cooperative system between professors and teachers, strengthening pre-service teachers practical skills, and expanding the proportion of practical skills should be prepared. It also suggests that it is necessary to strengthen practice within the teacher training curriculum and closely establish links between practice and in-shift curriculum to prepare for the second examination of medical school licenses.
