커피전문점 창업을 위한 방안 연구

국문 초록

코로나19 감염증 확산으로 인하여 경제적 불황이 계속되고 있지만 식음료분야 커피전문점의 수요는 계속 늘어나고 있다. 커피 소비가 일상화되면서 향후 커피전문점은 꾸준히 증가할 것으로 예상되지만 커피전문점 창업이 심화되면서 창업 시 상권에 대한 면밀한 검토와 더불어 확실한 전략이 필요한 시점이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 커피전문점 창업을 위하여 창업의 개념과 커피전문점의 역사를 전반적으로 살펴보고, 커피전문점 창업의 방안을 모색해보았다. 창업을 위한 기본적인 구성요소로는 창업자금, 차별화된 아이디어와 아이템, 물적 설비를 갖춘 매장, 알맞은 인테리어 등이 필요하다. 다음으로 창업전략 수립방안은 사회적 트렌드, 창업시기, 창업자 자질, 사업계획의 철저한 준비와 타당성 등을 살펴보고 전략을 수립해야 한다.

영문 초록

Although the economic recession continues due to the spread of the COVID-19 infection, the demand for coffee shops in the food and beverage sector continues to increase. As coffee consumption becomes commonplace, the number of coffee shops is expected to increase steadily in the future, but as the coffee shop’s start-up intensified, it is time to carefully review the commercial area and establish a clear strategy. Therefore, in this study, the concept of founding a coffee shop and the history of coffee shops were examined in general, and ways to start a coffee shop were explored. The basic components for starting a business include start-up funds, differentiated ideas and items, stores equipped with physical facilities, and appropriate interiors. Next, a start-up strategy should be established by examining social trends, start-up period, founder s qualifications, thorough preparation and feasibility of a business plan, etc. It is hoped that this study can be used as basic data for entrepreneurs preparing to start a coffee shop.
