식재료 감각탐색활동이 만 2세반 영아의 사회정서발달과 놀이성에 미치는 효과

국문 초록

본 연구는 식재료 감각탐색활동이 만 2세반 영아의 사회정서발달 및 놀이성에 미치는 효과를 알아보기 위하여 실시되었다. 이를 위하여 만2세반 영아 28명을 표집하여 실험집단과 비교집단에 14명씩을 할당하였다. 본 연구는 영아의 사회정서발달과 놀이성을 측정하기 위해 사회정서발달 평정척도와 아동의 놀이성 척도를 사용하였고 실험집단과 비교집단의 차이검증을 위해 독립 표본 t-검증을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 식재료 감각탐색활동은 영아의 사회정서발달에 유의미한 긍정적 영향을 주었다. 둘째, 식재료 감각탐색활동은 영아의 놀이성에 유의미한 긍정적 영향을 주었다. 이러한 연구결과는 식재료 감각탐색활동이 만 2세반 영아의 사회정서발달과 놀이성 증진에 긍정적인 효과가 있음을 나타낸다. 본 연구의 결과는 유아교육현장에서 감각탐색활동의 교육적 가치와 중요성을 시사한다. 따라서 교육현장에서 다양한 식재료를 활용한 프로그램을 개발하여 적용함으로써 영아의 사회정서발달과 놀이성, 더 나아가 전반적인 발달에 긍정적인 효과를 줄 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of sensory exploration activities with food ingredients on social emotional development and playfulness of children aged 2 years or older The subjects of this study were Twenty-eight children aged 2 years or older in B-nursery school and D-nursery school located in S-City. Fourteen children in the B-nursery school were assigned to the experimental group and Fourteen children in the D-nursery school were assigned to the comparative group. Data were analyzed using the SPSS 16.0 Win program. The results of this study are as follows: First, sensory exploration activity using food ingredients was effective on the development of social emotions of the toddlers in two-year old class. Second, the sensory exploration activity using food ingredients was effective on infant playfulness of the toddlers in two-year old class. The results of this study show that food sensory exploration activities have a positive effect on social emotional development and the playfulness of the toddlers in two-year old class. Based on this study, it is necessary to recognize the educational value and importance of sensory exploration activities in early childhood education field and develop and apply programs using various food ingredients continuously.
