국문 초록

서예 아카이브 구축방안을 연구하고자 공공기관을 중심으로 국내에 운영 중인 한국예술디지털아카이브(DA-Arts) 그리고 김달진미술자료연구소, 서예에서 대표적으로 세계서예전북비엔날레의 시각예술 정보 아카이브의 성격을 정리하였다. 한국예술디지털아카이브 DA-Arts는 예술인과 예술단체 등록에 대한 문이 열려있으나 참여하는 동시대 작가가 전무함으로 향후 적극적인 사이트 홍보가 요구된다. 김달진미술연구소의 달진닷컴은 매우 다양한 부문의 정보를 제공하고자 하는 노력을 엿볼 수 있었다. 오프라인 간행물 또한 전시 정보 및 전시 공간 정보를 기반으로 다양한 콘텐츠를 생성하고 있었다. 마지막으로 세계서예전북비엔날레는 비평 및 평론을 제외한 나머지 아카이브 전부는 일반인에게 언제든지 공개하는 오픈지향형을 가지고 있었다. 서예 아카이브를 효과적으로 관리 할 수 있는 서예 아카이브의 구축방향을 제언하였다. 이에 대한 운영 방안으로 수집, 정리와 선별, 온라인 서비스의 측면을 살펴보았다. 한국 서예 아카이브와 관련된 모든 서예 관련 유관 기관들에 기록관리 전담자를 지정하고 기록물 중 공개해야 할 일부 기록을 한국 서예 아카이브로 이관시키는 시스템을 구축해야한다. 수집은 소극적인 수집이 아닌 적극적인 수집의 개념을 도입해야한다. 문헌자료 구입이나 구술 채록 등의 방법을 통하여 중요한 가치를 지닌 서예의 기록물을 수집한다. 정리와 선별은 기록학의 선별 및 평가 이론을 채용하고 적용하여 각각의 서예 특성에 맞는 기법을 개발해야 한다. 관련 기관들의 협력을 통한 협력망 전략과 정보 시스템 개념의 기록물 시스템의 평가, 미술 분야 아카이브 간의 정보공유 등의 융합성을 가지는 것이 요구된다. 따라서 앞서 사례에서 살펴보았듯이 기록의 이용과 홍보만이 한국 서예 아카이브가 다양한 가치를 창출해 내는데 큰 원동력이 될 것이다.

영문 초록

To study how to build a calligraphy archive, the Korea Art Digital Archives (DA-Arts), Kim Dal-jin Institute of Art and Materials, and Calligraphy summarized the characteristics of the visual art information archive of the World Calligraphy Jeonbuk Biennale. DA-Arts of the Korea Arts Digital Archive is open to the registration of artists and art organizations, but there are no contemporary artists participating, so active site promotion is required in the future. Daljindotcom of Kim Dal-jin Institute of Art showed efforts to provide information in a wide variety of fields. Offline publications were also generating various contents based on exhibition information and exhibition space information. Finally, in the world book, the Jeonbuk Biennale had an open-oriented type that discloses all archives to the public at any time, except for criticism and criticism. A direction for establishing a calligraphy archive that can effectively manage the calligraphy archive was suggested. As an operation plan for this, aspects of collection, organization, selection, and online service were examined. A system should be established to designate a record management officer to all calligraphy-related organizations related to the Korean Calligraphy Archive and transfer some of the records to be disclosed to the Korean Calligraphy Archive. Collection should introduce the concept of active collection rather than passive collection. Records of calligraphy with important value are collected through methods such as purchasing literature data or oral records. Theorem and selection should employ and apply the theory of selection and evaluation of recordings to develop techniques suitable for each calligraphy characteristic. It is required to have convergence such as evaluation of the cooperative network strategy through cooperation with related organizations, evaluation of the recording system of the concept of information system, and information sharing between archives in the art field. Therefore, as discussed in the case earlier, only the use and promotion of records will be a great driving force for the creation of various values for Korean calligraphy archives.
