국문 초록

본 연구에서는 신혼가구를 대상으로 한 정부의 주거지원정책의 현황 및 한계점 등을 제시 하고 신혼가구의 가구 및 주거현황과 주거만족에 미치는 영향요인을 분석하였다. 우리나라는 저출산 현상이 지속되어 사회적인 문제로 대두되고 있고 주거불안정이 한 요인으로 제시되고 있다. 정부에서는 이러한 문제해결의 방안 중 하나로 신혼가구를 위한 주거지원 정책을 추진 하고 있다. 하지만 주거지원방안의 효과가 당초 기대했던 만큼 나타나지 않고 있다. 본 연구 에서는 이러한 문제에 대한 시사점을 제시하고자 신혼가구의 주거만족에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하였다. 분석결과에서 나타난 시사점은 다음과 같다. 먼저 정부에서 신혼가구의 주거지원 방안으로 공급하고 있는 주택의 규모가 신혼가구의 현황에 적합하지 않으므로 적절한 규모의 주택을 공급할 필요가 있다. 다음으로 무주택신혼 가구에 대한 주거지원 방안에서 수도권지역이나 다자녀 가구에 대한 주택공급 시 주거환경을 더욱 고려할 필요가 있다. 마지막으로 신혼부부의 주거지원정책은 목표기간 내 물량을 공급 하는 정책보다는 장기적으로 주거상향이동을 함께 고려하여 수립될 필요가 있다. 본 연구는 신혼가구의 주거상황 등을 살펴보고 이를 통해서 주거만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하고 시사점을 제시했다는 점에서 선행연구와 차별성이 있다. 앞으로 신혼가구의 주거문제를 해결하기 위한 후행연구가 지속적으로 진행되기를 기대한다.

영문 초록

In this study, the current status and limitations of the government s housing support policy for newlywed households were presented. And the factors affecting the household and housing status and housing satisfaction of newlywed households were analyzed. In Korea, the low fertility rate continues to rise as a social problem, and housing instability is suggested as a factor. As one of the solutions to these problems, the government is promoting a housing support policy for newlyweds. However, the effect of the housing support policy is not showing as expected. In this study, factors affecting housing satisfaction of newlywed households were analyzed to suggest implications for these issues. The implications of the analysis results are as follows. First, the housing that the government is supplying as a housing support measure for newlyweds needs to be supplied with a house of an appropriate size suitable for the current situation of newlyweds. Next, in the housing support plan for newlyweds without a home, it is necessary to further consider the residential environment when supplying housing to households with multiple children in the metropolitan area. Lastly, the housing support policy for newlyweds needs to be established in consideration of housing upward movement in the long term rather than a policy that supplies supplies within the target period. This study is different from previous studies in that it examines the housing situation of newlyweds, analyzes factors that affect housing satisfaction, and suggests implications. In the future, it is expected that follow-up studies to solve the housing problem of newlyweds will continue.
