국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 종교교사 양성제도의 도입 배경과 교원양성기관의 역량진단의 지표 분석을 통한 발전방안을 제시하는 것이다. 이를 위해 종교교사 양성기관의 현황을 파악하고 과제를 선행연구에 근거하여 정리하였다. 교원양성기관평가의 목적과 문제점을 분석하고 개선 방향을 제시하였다. 또한 교원양성기관 평가의 교육적 성과를 기술하였다. 본 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 5주기 역량진단의 추진 배경과 방향을 기술하고 역량진단의 주요 지표 중 정성지표를 진단준거 중심으로 심층 분석하였다. 그리고 종교교사 양성 기관인 기독교교육과의 5주기 역량진단 대응 방안을 구체적으로 제시하였으며 종교교사 양성기관으로서의 학과의 발전 방안을 다음과 같이 제안하였다. 첫째, 교원양성기관 역량진단 대상의 유형에 대한 심각한 고민과 최종 의사결정이 요구된다. 둘째, 기독교교육과의 교육과정을 학과 교육목표, 인재상에 부합하고 역량중심의 교육과정으로 편성․운영하는 것이 필요하다. 셋째, 종교교사 교육실습의 체계적인 운영이 필요하다. 넷째, 국가 주도의 역량진단에 대비하기 위해 교사 양성학과의 평가체계 구축이 요구된다. 다섯째, 기독교교육과 졸업 후 진로의 다양성 확보가 필요하다. 본 연구의 기대효과는 종교교사 양성제도에 대한 이해와 교원양성기관의 역량진단 결과의 우수한 성과를 바탕으로 종교교사 양성학과인 기독교교육과의 발전에 기여하는 것이다. 종교교사 양성기관의 체계적 운영과 개선은 매우 중요하다

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to present the reasons behind the introduction of the system for training religious teachers and the development measures through the analysis of the competency evaluation index for religious teachers training institutions. The status of the institutions for training religious teachers was identified and the tasks were organized based on prior research. And the purpose and problem of teacher training institution evaluation were analyzed and the direction of improvement was suggested. To this end, the status of the institutions for training religious teachers was identified. The background and direction of implementation of the 5 cycle competency evaluation index are described to achieve the purpose of this study. The following suggestions were made for the development of the department as a training religious teacher. The expected effect of this study is to contribute to the development of Christian education, a training department for religious teachers, based on the understanding of the system for training religious teachers and the excellent performance of the results of capacity diagnosis by the teacher training institution. The systematic operation and improvement of the training institutions for religious teachers is very important.
