국문 초록

본 연구에서는 지체장애인의 음주에 영향을 미치는 요인을 개인적 특성, 관계 특성, 건강 특성을 중심으로 고찰하였다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 한국장애인고용공단의 2019년 2차 웨이브 4차 장애인고용패널조사 자료를 분석에 활용하였다. 연구결과를 정리하면 개인적 특성에 있어서는 성별과 취업여부가, 관계 특성에 있어서는 가족관계 만족도와 교우관계 만족도, 일상생활 타인의존도가, 건강 특성에서는 일상생활에서의 스트레스와 장애등급이 지체장애인의 음주에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 연구결과를 기초로 지체장애인의 음주관련 제언을 전달하였다.

영문 초록

This study tries to explore the factors affecting chances of drinking of people with physical disabilities through their personal, relationship, and health factors. For this purpose, the data of the 4th Employment Panel Survey for the Disabled in 2019 provided by the Korea Employment Development Institute for the Disabled was used. According to the logistic regression analysis, chances of drinking were higher in men and the employed in personal factor. In the relationship factor, the lower the family relationship satisfaction, the higher companionship satisfaction, the lower the dependency of daily living activities, the more they drank. In the health factor, the more stressful, lower disability level, the more they drank. Based on these results, this study suggests ways to relieve drinking issues of the people with physical disabilities.
