국문 초록

점차 중요성이 커지고 있는 디지털트윈은 실세계에 대한 도형정보, 속성정보를 얼마나 높은 정밀도로 구축하는가에 따라 향후 활용도가 좌우될 수 있으나 앞서 3차원 공간정보 구축 사업이 예비타당성 평가를 통과하지 못했던 사례를 본다면 디지털트윈의 구축과 갱신 비용의 합리적인 투입에 대한 중요성은 매우 높다고 할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 기 구축된 공간정보 중 적합한 DB를 원천자료로 하여 디지털트윈의 기초가 되는 프레임 DB를 구축하는 방안에 대한 연구를 수행하였다. 건물은 GIS기반건물통합정보를 기준으로 국가주소정보시스템, 건축물생애이력관리시스템 자료를 보완하고, 도로는 국가기본도를 기준으로 정밀도로지도, 도로대장, 국가주소정보시스템을 보완하며, 토지는 국토정보기본도를 사용한다면 지속적인 갱신이 가능한 디지털트윈 프레임 DB를 구축할 수 있는 것으로 나타났다. 동시에 시스템적인 갱신을 위해 도로명주소 기반의 연계 키 개발과 품질관리 및 활용을 위한 협력체 구성의 필요성을 제시하였다. 이를 통해 구축될 프레임 DB는 우리 사회에서 필요성이 높아지고 있는 건물, 도로, 토지에 대한 기준자료로서 역할을 하게 될 것이며 국가예산의 절감과 다양한 활용을 가능하게 할 것이다.

영문 초록

Digital twin, which is becoming increasingly important, depends on how high precision spatial information and attribute information are constructed on the real world in the future. However, if you look at the case in which 3D Land Geospatial Information construction failed to pass the preliminary feasibility test earlier, it is very important to build a digital twin and rationalize the cost of updating it. In this study, a method of constructing the frame DB, which is the basis of the digital twin, was studied using an appropriate DB among the previously constructed spatial information as the source data. Buildings are constructed by supplementing the Korea Address Information System and Building Life Cycle Management System data based on GIS Based Integrated Building Information. Roads are built by supplementing the High Definition Road Map, Road Register Database, and Korea Address Information System based on the National Base Map. Parcel was found to be able to construct a digital twin frame DB that can be continuously updated if the land information base map is used. In addition, it was suggested that road name address-based linkage key development and cooperating partnership composition for quality assurance are necessary for systematic updating. The frame DB to be built through this will play a role as reference data for buildings, roads, and parcels that are increasing in necessity in our society, and it will reduce the national budget and enable various applications.
